The catch is that it is cash or check only, and you must prepay. I learned this the hard way, when I brought about 10 items and wanted to use my card. This is very convenient when you get your suit back from the tailor and need it cleaned before your event the next day (I like to procrastinate). The employees are very friendly and professional. They also are very quick, which is especially important considering the volume this place has. Because they do a good job, and are cheap, the place can get packed. I would highly recommend this place for cheap, quick and effective cleaning.

We made an appointment, and he even came by the house in advance to take a look. Day of, they arrived right on time and he walked me through their plan. They spent most of the day under and around the house setting up the traps and digging a trench to deal with the Formosan termites (much to the confusion of my dog who heard them under the house). They also discovered that we have dry wood termites, which will require tenting. Boo. They will be coming back to take care of that in the next month. He explained the pricing for everything, and we're now on a plan so this shouldn't happen again. He was professional and kind, and I knew I was in good hands. At first treatment pass over by Billiot, it seemed things were okay until we started seeing a spider here, and a roach there. Living in the south, you expect it once in a while, but you don't want it all up in your home! Billiot sends out surveys for once it's been a couple weeks after service. I wasn't initially going to mention the bugs still being alive because I knew had had to have brought some with us in moving boxes, but since they sent a survey I thought I'd throw it in there. WHOA DID THEY GET ON IT! They sent a person out same day to make it better. It happened to be the same guy, who is ALWAYS pleasant and INCREDIBLY professional and wonderful! His name is EJ, get him to do your treatment if possible!!! After he did his second treatment we have not seen a living insect again! Life is good without the worry of bugs!
