We waited for ten minutes. The waitress stayed in a backroom and did not look at us once. A chef/kitchen hand appeared, sat down at a nearby table and the other guy spoke to him about work. Still no service at all. It might be a place for frustrated people who like to hang out in historical places just to be able to say they did some form of cultural thing. Blah, boring.
