I'm a retired firefighter and know when someone is down on their luck. But these employees took the cake by ignoring my Good Samaritan aid. Shame on them. They said they were getting our drink ready. I waited, they gave us the drink and $3 off a future visit which I gave to someone else. We started heading to our next appointment and the drink was so bad my daughter had to throw it away. Terrible experience and their excuse of we training is no excuse. Either the manager ensures the business can operate delivering high quality products or don't open.
