The latte was DELICIOUS! I loved the cardamom flavor combined with cinnamon. The smoothie was very sweet but not overly so. I was so happy that I walked in without any thought. I was greeted by a nice man behind the counter. He asked if I had any question as I looked at all teas and shakes listed on the wall. I settled on the watermelon crawl tea. Since I didn't have any questions about the menu and knew what I wanted, he knew that I was familiar with healthy teas and shakes. "Where's your nutrition homebase?" he asked me. "Toronto, in Canada. I used to live in Rochester and found your store in passing," I said with a huge smile. I asked if I could sign in to the touch pad. He said of course. It helps that I'm registered on the Engage app, so associating my drink with me when I pay makes everything easier. He let me know that the store was celebrating its one-year anniversary. What shocked me was that I have been coming to get pannekoeken in this plaza for nearly a year and I had never noticed this store until now. Where have I been?! This place had so much excitement buzz happening thanks to its anniversary. You could get branded merchandise, from hoodies and t-shirts, to drink cups. It had cakepops that looked amazing. You could enter a bunch of draws, to celebrate the store's anniversary. The snack bowl had an assortment of protein bars that I had never seen before. The store is cozy. I loved the comfy chairs. The wall with What's shakin'? and balloons was the perfect place to take photos. My drink was ready for pickup. I thanked both staff members and left. The man wished me a good trip, which I appreciated. The watermelon crawl tea was excellent. It had watermelon and cucumber. I felt like I was at a spa, but was visiting my old 'hood. It was the perfect drink to keep me cheerful and hydrated in Rochester, and kept me energized when I left and drove an hour back to Bloomington. The Fit Loon was a wonderful find. I will be back. I decided to get the Peach Fruit Shaker, this is made with coconut milk, peach syrup, dried peaches and vanilla. This is similar to the Summer Skies drink at Starbucks. I've seen several people walking around with these shakers. This was far too sweet for me, I didn't like it at all. While the flavor was peach, it was very candy like, very artificial and very sweet. If you're looking for quality coffee or drinks check out any of the local coffee shops.

I approached three different Caribou Coffee associates and handed them a twenty dollar bill and asked them to give him $20 worth of food to take with him. They all ignored me and when I said multiple times to take the money and feed him, they all looked at me and turned around and walked away. I'm a retired firefighter and know when someone is down on their luck. But these employees took the cake by ignoring my Good Samaritan aid. Shame on them. Corporate should have a special team meeting to rehabilitate the employees to higher moral standards.

Finally after we finished all of our food and iced latte we needed to get to our other appointment. I went to the counter and waited to ask for my money back. I'll NEVER tip again at the counter. They said they were getting our drink ready. I waited, they gave us the drink and $3 off a future visit which I gave to someone else. We started heading to our next appointment and the drink was so bad my daughter had to throw it away. Terrible experience and their excuse of we training is no excuse. Either the manager ensures the business can operate delivering high quality products or don't open.
