What Jo herself fails to tell you is that she'll throw in 5 or 6 people, TOTAL UP ALL OF THEIR HOURS, and then charge $30 for each of those hours!! So instead of charging for 4 hours, she charged us for nearly 24 hours!! 100% not a $700 job. We vacuumed and swept before Jo's arrived and they left our floors in a disgusting condition. He's an absolute pill, but we dealt with it because the ladies were pleasant and did a good job. Juan was consistently soliciting us to do *more work with them. We were supposed to have monthly cleaning. Frequently Juan would just *forget about us?* (and even SAID so) that sometimes it would go months between cleanings. There was NEVER a fixed day or time. When they would come, Juan called/txt me the night before and expect me to just drop what I have scheduled for the day and be available to them?? I suspect the issue might have been money.
