The sushi was very good, and won't fall apart as soon as you take a bite.
Even the rice had some nice flavours added to it. The duck was so good, this will make me coming back to this place.
The teppan yaki tables are to be shared with strangers, this is not for me as I'm just particular about people. But you can reserve your own table for 6, be sure to mention this whilst making your reservations.
The decor is pretty standard for a Japanese restaurant with lots of black and red.
we didn't have to wait long between courses, and we even got some extra little bit n bobs on top of what we ordered.
little bowl of veggies (cauliflower, carrot), at first glance I thought they were kidding as it was so small, but we didn't know what was to come....
Misosoup, nice n salty, as it should be.
plate of paksoi with soysauce, not my thing but the veggies were cooked to perfection, great bite.
bowl of rice, very nice wih chopped up fried egg and some veggies.
starter
Sushi, was great! Sticky rice, not too sticky, and very lean fish.
maincourse
duck, this was nothing short of fantastic. Very moist and very lean. the sauce I could have sucked up with a straw, had my boyfriend not stopped me.
desert
lemon icecream, nothing special, but as I have learned along the years and in my travels, Asian people don't really eat desert like westerners do. So it was to be expected.
I will return here for sure!
