I had temaki (loaded with smoked eel!), gunkan with roe, and just a ton of salmon, tuna, octopus and even mackerel. Sitting at the bar, I could see it being prepared and it's all very clean and very organized. Note: I had a Kirin, figuring Japanese beer with Japanese food. Since Amsterdam isn't Japan, Kirin is imported. €4 for sticker shock! That's like $5.50 in real money! No wifi, but the TV behind the sushi bar was tuned to the Eurosports channel. Because food keeps coming past you you can pick up anything you like, and there is no maximum of what you eat so 2 hours can be very long, so you have time enough to wait a couple minutes and eat some more. The place is a little hard to find, its inside a huge building, there are no signs inside where to go, but once you find it you'll enter a small sushi restaurant that looks good. If you place your reservation here I recommend you place it at the spinning band that goes around, the table around it have better seats but it's a struggle to get your own food. You have to grab it yourself from the spinning band, and that's not really working because people are sitting there, if all seats are taken there you can't take food without pushing the people away out of their seats... that's a point they need to improve because that doesn't work on a all you can eat night. Also the restaurant doesn't have a toilet, you'll need to leave the restaurant and use the public restrooms inside the big building that the restaurant is located in. It's not far away from it but it's a little weird. For those 2 reasons I gave 4 stars and not 5. But overall the food is great and the people that work there are very friendly. If you visit Amsterdam I recommend eating here if you like sushi!
