Called J bird Storage and Justin answered, he was very nice and said his storage place has in house dump station for his customers, we informed him we were all set up elsewhere and he still allowed us to dump at his location. Upon arriving we saw that everything looked nice and well kept, large lot and easy to access dump station. We will definitely consider for the future. This is centrally located and definitely competitive with other spots we know of. It is one thing to have a good location but being kind and accessible was such a plus, we are grateful and look forward to working with Justin again.

If it had been, we would have never rented this unit and paid for months. We were told that our 21 foot boat would fit no problem and it probably would, if we unhitched and pushed it in nose first! Even then, this is not something that could be done alone and is not what is expected when someone rents a storage unit for their boat. We paid to reserve this spot for several months before finally being able to bring our boat there, only to find out that the unit is pie shaped and in fact could not accommodate our boat. Money down the drain for something that could have easily been communicated to us beforehand. Not sure if any other units are shaped this way but make sure to ask.

Unfortunately the owner has continued to raise the monthly rent on a regular basis to the point that we cannot afford to keep our trailer there. He is more interested in making money than working with those that have been good renters, always paying on time and never missing a payment. My husband had a conversation with him re his rent increases but he just said he had to make money. This is not one of those higher quality storage places.. there are no security gates to prevent entrance to the facility and no onsite personnel..and although the units are enclosed they get very dusty. also, if you are looking for pull out services for boats, etc it doesn't exist. . Not even sure there are security cameras... I would recommend that if you are looking for RV or other storage, check out other options before renting here. Disappointed that the owner really isn't committed to those in the community only interested in the almighty dollar.
