Even without a sale he spent time showing me the model, another one and also took me to the office to go over prices and a layout that would best work with my family. Update 4/22/23 - I sent Mohave Homes, specifically, Leah, an email on 4/17 with pictures in regards to the issues that she says she was willing to correct. She has not responded. This is typical behavior from this company. Many things, start to finish, this company got wrong. The placement of my home is not where I wanted it, the placement of the septic tank, and leach field is not where I wanted it. The one year releveling and drywall work was completed in a timely manner but the guy spilled plaster on my carpet and was not neat about the touch up painting either. I have live in my home two years now and I had to have it re-leveled again. Mobile homes should not have to be re-leveled but every five years. There are also electrical junctions that were left open to the elements. Thankfully the person I had re-level my house saw the issue and fixed it for me. Otherwise had those electrical junctions gotten wet half of my house would've gone without electricity. It is unfortunate that I cannot give these people a good review. If you choose to do business with them, you need to be there every step of the way and micromanage everything they do. Unfortunately I didn't live close to the job site and was unable to do that. Make sure everything the sales people tell you is in writing because you cannot take their word for it. All correspondence should be through email not telephone calls. You need proof that conversations happened. Without documentation you have nothing. Consider yourself warned. I expect someone, probably Leah, to respond to this with some type of we did everything you asked for response. This is typical it's never her fault. read more

I recently purchased my manufactured home from Mohave Homes, and I have to say, from start to finish, this has been an absolutely wonderful experience! The team of Leah, Jane, and Jessica is second to none. I visited a couple of local dealerships near my property, and those experiences were very disappointing. Not once was I greeted, invited into the sales office, or even offered a tour of the model homes. Upon the recommendation of my mortgage broker, I called Mohave, which, by the way, is more than 300 miles from my property. From the minute I spoke with Jessica, I knew I had found my dealership. I cannot say enough good about Jessica. She put as much heart into my new home as I did. We communicated daily, she offered great suggestions and solutions and kept me informed of the process every step of the way. Now that my home has been delivered, set up, and I'm moved in, I miss my chats with Jessica. She graduated from my consultant to my friend, and all because she cares. Not knowing we were ordering our brand new house, a month before the Pandemic broke out and living in another State, all in all the process ran very smoothly, because of Jessica at Mohave Homes! Jessica listened and answered all our questions( in person and through emails). If Jessica didn't know or have an answer to our many questions, she would get back to us in a timely manner. We never felt pressured by Jessica. We were able to make a few changes on the floor plan we chose. Our Cavco Durango home, came out exactly how we wanted it " BEAUTIFUL!!!"
