We had a limited time to pick a home before heading back to our original home and Ken was so helpful and patient.we had stopped a few other places but they were closed or didn't care to help us. Ken totally made us feel welcome and cared for and quickly became like a friend. We must have changed our mind a million times and he still remained in the game with a helpful friendly customer service attitude. It's hard picking a home when you live in a different State but Ken made it so much easier. He deserves 10 stars read more

My husband and I went in today to look at some homes. We went in the office and both employees were helping other customers so we waited. The male employee seemed very nice and said he would be with us shortly the female was in an office with customers. The female finished and came out to show her customers out. She then introduced herself as Lucy. We told her we were interested in looking at the models they had in stock. She then told us she had injured her knee and couldn't show us anything. We asked if we could go look on our own and she snootily told us that their homes are staged and no one is allowed to go in them alone. She only wanted to show us virtual tours on her computer. I explained that I don't want to look at a virtual tour I had already done that myself at home. She insisted that a virtual tour is the same as walking through a home. IT'S NOT! We told her never mind and left. read more

I found It at Arizona Furniture in Kingman, AZ! The staff was very helpful and no matter how many times I came in to ask questions and finally bring my son in to see it. They even helped me to rearrange the floor sample to make it sure it would be the correct configuration to fit in his living room. I got the best price and added the 5-year warranty to make sure his needs were met for a long time. The delivery staff removed his old couch and disposed of it. They were very polite, courteous and careful in my son's home and assured the sectional was carefully aligned and secure and everything met my requirements. I couldn't be happier about my decision to purchase this item from Arizona Furniture. Wish I personally didn't live so far away when it comes to looking for furniture for my own home in Florida.
