I went to Dr. Hundal when I first moved to Modesto. At first he seemed thorough and competent. But…read moreover time, he became harsh and seemed uncaring. Once he even called me a liar and wrote liar on my chart. When I asked for a copy of my chart, I was told to wait in the waiting room. I waited for over 2 hours. Finally, I was given 3 pages out of my chart which were all reports from other specialists I had seen. None of my actual 3 years with Dr. Talminder Hundal was given to me. Highly unprofessional behavior.

I would highly recommend Robert Cash MD. I have been seeing Dr Cash for years(around 2012) n hands…read moredown would recommend this doctor to anyone. He is one of the few good ones left. He's dedicated to his patience(sees about 49 patients a day); if you're uneasy about something then he will explain everything to you with diagrams etc. and he believes in making sure you have your PT so that you heal properly. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would give him

I injured my shoulder and it took three weeks to get an appointment which isn't bad. Dr cash…read moreexamined me and believed I had torn something in my right shoulder. He said he would order an MRI and find out how bad it was. Now, understand that I was in a great deal of pain. After 1 1/2 weeks I called radiology to get an appointment. They told me they never received an order for an MRI. Here's where the total incompetence of Dr Cash's staff came to light. I called on Monday to get some answers and got a recording that they return calls within 24-48 hours so I left a message. I called Tuesday and left a message. I called Wednesday and left a message. I called Thursday and left a message. Finally I kept trying differed extensions and a office clerk answered. I was told that the MRI order was sent in that day! Two weeks just to have the order sent in! I demanded to speak to a supervisor. The office manager went through all the excuses about how busy they are, which were pathetic excuses for not getting any return calls, and for the delay in having the order sent in. She assured me that the order was now sent in. So, I call Radiology back and they tell me they have the order, but Dr Cash did not get insurance approval so it will take another two weeks before I can even make an appointment for the MRI. I like Dr Cash, and have seen him in the past, but his office staff is completely incompetent!

Dr. Elsakr has been a GREAT doctor, avoiding some health issues for me by his vigilance and dedication. Dr. Cook has been my doctor for a long longtime now. He was recommended by my previous doctor, Dr…read more Sood after he was told he had to get rid of patients from Sutter since he was engrossed in nuclear medicine. One of the best recommendations ever especially since Cook was not part of the evil Sutter medical cartel. In the past, Dr. Sood and I as a patient had to go up against Sutter for going outside what the "Standard of Care" demanded, which has nothing to do with the patients health. Ok long preamble, but sets the stage. With Dr Cook you become a partner as to not only your medical care, but more importantly a partner in keeping you healthy, to where you don't need to see a doctor or go to the hospital, except for breaking a leg or other accidents. This knowledge that you, the individual, are in charge of your own health care, is non-existent inside the big medical institutions. Because of his care and acknowledging that I, the patient, have a say, is prolly one of the reasons I am as healthy as I am at my age. I know if I was subject to, or actually followed the advice, (God no) of Sutter, or Kaiser or any other major medical cartel it would be a different story. As an extra he personally calls to discuss results of blood test, MRI's, etc. So you might think this guy is right around the corner and easy for me to go to. Nope. At one time it was a 12 minute drive but years ago I moved and now it's about 1 hr 40 min drive 1 way if I catch good traffic. As  a doctor it's worth the drive.
