Completing the new patient paperwork on a tablet was efficient. Despite arriving early, there was no wait. The professional, courteous, and thorough medical assistant ensured a smooth experience. The warm, kind, and excellent listener doctor carefully examined my foot, explained his findings, developed a treatment plan, and addressed all my questions. Even after realizing I had forgotten to ask another question, the staff promptly informed the doctor, who took the time to address my concerns. This level of care and attention is rare. I left feeling confident in my treatment plan and impressed by the professionalism and compassion of the doctor and his staff. I highly recommend this practice and would definitely return.

I have been having arch pain and figured i would get it looked it, so i called and made an appointment. I arrive and was greeted by a rude male receptionist/billing person who told me to have a seat and be quiet. I brought my wife and our 12 week old daughter here and there was nobody there waiting it was simply my family. The guy comes over and said one of us could go back into the waiting room, and then i asked if my wife/child who was in a car seat can come with me. He then rudely responds that as long as the baby is quiet they may come. Now, my baby is 12 weeks old at this point, and simply sleeping in a car seat. There is nobody in the office and you make a comment like that? The doctor herself was good/helpful and generally willing to assist with my problem. The person up front who has nothing to do with foot care/podiatry is the entire reason i didn't give this place 4 stars, and is the reason I'm not going to be returning back here.

Hopefully he will rectify the situation with this staff member who acted this way because unfortunately this reflects poorly on the business. But he was wonderful and caring and it goes a long way!
