I have had consistent, good experiences with Dr. Roche and his staff over the years. I was in his…read moreoffice today for a yucky in-grown toe nail extraction surgery and yet, here I am, writing a positive review some 4 hours later feeling perfectly fine! What first brought me to Dr. Roche was the fact that his office earned the best of the best in Central Jersey for podiatry...I needed a podiatrist, so surely, I wanted to see what it was that gave patients the inclination to vote for him. I was happy with the service I received on that first visit and have kept coming back through the years for my feet-related problems. Dr. Roche has performed 4 in-grown toe nail removals for me and this procedure, albeit an unpleasant experience, was made as comfortable as possible by him and his staff during every surgery I had performed. He has a nice partition so you cannot see what is happening as it is happening, and he is quite discrete in taking out/putting away/cleaning up the tools so it is as least traumatizing as possible. He makes conversation with you throughout the local anesthetic and procedure itself. We pick up right where we left off the last time I visited. The best part is that the anesthetic lasts for several hours after the procedure. I recall telling Dr. Roche after one surgery, "It didn't hurt at all afterward." He responded "It shouldn't." Dr. Roche makes it as painless as possible. He has three offices throughout Middlesex County in convenient locations. I only wish he had an associate on hand to help him since he has to manage all three locations. You know he has a thriving practice when he is able to keep three offices going. The prior associate was very nice as well, and answered an emergency voicemail I had left after one of my procedures. The staff works with you to get you in as soon as possible, and are all very nice. The staff can play a big part in defining a practice, and this staff is great! Dr. Roche also has what I would call a state of the art website, complete with appt. booking capability and online ordering. I feel that I am in comforting, caring, and trustworthy hands (no pun intended since it's a foot doctor LOL) when I visit Dr. Roche. It is clear why his practice earned the award for the best of..!

NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE !!!…read more I made an appointment for my 94yr old mother-in-law who uses a walker. I specifically asked if they were on the first floor and they said yes. THERE IS NO FIRST FLOOR! It's either down a flight of stairs or up a flight of stairs. How unkind to make an appointment and we get there to not be able to get in the building. What building has one handicapped (blue) space and then you have to go up the curb to get onto the sidewalk. How can a building these days not be prepared for handicapped patients! I'm disgusted by this doctor for being a Podiatrist dealing with feet issues and having his practice in a building so archaic. Again, NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE BUILDING

Not a good place to work. I understand why on my first week at this location…read more4491 Rt. 27 609-924-8888 a patient ask me if you are staying ,because there are different face every time I come in. well my time at this location was only 3 months, sadly I like the actual job. Sadly, the company internal structure is very very very unorganized. The office manger is unprofessional and shady. The way to treat people is the way you want to be treated unfortunately she didn't or the turnover would not be so rapid. As for the Hr manger how do you terminate a staff on the phone when you are home sick an with out taking over the problem and give a staff a chance to discuss the situation. Not what happen to verbal then written warning Before you terminate a staff. All I can say I have work in the medical field over 28 years and still do, this was my part time job, have I seen such on UNPROFESSIONALISM. AGAIN NOT A GOODPLACE TO WORK., SADLY I LIKED THE ACTUAL WORK.
