The 'Fairview' was a must order and a huge hit. It used a heavy cream base and a house cheese blend. The toppings were house back bacon, gorgonzola sprinkles and pears...yes pears, which made this sucker pop! We also ordered a Lacrosse pizza- olive oil, fresh mozz, red peppers, italian sausage, pecorino and basil. This pizza was really light but packed a flavor punch as well. They have many other specialty pizzas on their menu that also sound amazing, ranging from yellow curry based to ones with snap peas, fried eggs, carrots and more. If artisan pizzas aren't your jam, they have sandwiches, salads, stews and more. To answer my original question...this place is the 2000s Goat...or very close to GOAT.
