My friend and I were under 18 and our mothers had to come with us, and Immortal was so kind and accommodating. He walked us each through what was going to happen. Great! A few months ago my belly ring fell out (loose jewelry, not their fault) and the hole became too narrow for my belly rings. So, I went back for help. The guy at the front desk seemed bored with me, but gave me necessary information to see their new piercer, Lance. Lance was very kind and professional, and helped me stretch my piercing enough to allow for jewelry-- and he only charged me for the new ring! Would definitely recommend for piercings, but not so much for tattoos.

He claimed he had 30 years of experience and the tattoo would be identical to the other side. When I went in he didn't center the tattoo which was supposed to be an exact stencil that was used on the other side. He completely ruined the outline spots that were supposed to be empty were filled in lines were incorrect or extra lines were added where they didn't belong and the wing curved the opposite way from the other side. Then he had the nerve to say I committed theft of services after disputing it on my card after I told him I was very unhappy with the finished product. Stay away from this place they lie they scam and they aren't professional at all. I even had a seizure during one session which I have grand mal seizures. Then he went on to defame me on community posts and to other people. I now have to pay for removal and for another artist to attempt to fix what he can because it looks so terrible. There was no agreement for him to do the tattoo based on his own artistic/creative perception. I was promised it would be "identical and not to worry because he had 30 years of experience" what was supposed to be a memorium/commemorative tattoo for my mom who was murdered he turned into a permanent nightmare I will have for the rest of my life. Plus he charged me 3 times more than the original side which was obviously much higher quality. Oh and you didn't try to sue me? That's funny why did I get expungement papers for a civil suit from YOU. You wanna take this defamation thing to court try me babe. You're gonna have a sad day in court. Oh btw the only reason their rating is so high is because they remove the low ratings. Everyone in the tattoo community knows you're all scumbags. I went to their page and found it so easy to look at the different artist's work and I finally booked an appointment online, which is always a plus for me. The shop is super clean and has a great welcoming environment. I found that the communication was quick, professional, and knowledgeable, from the time I booked my tattoo until the time I left the shop. I also appreciate the fact that the shop has a variety of artists. I have gotten three tattoos done by Sam so far. What the owner has failed to realize is how much he's hurting the artist who did my tatts. The artwork he's done on me makes me a walking advertisement and now his fame will never be known to those who ask me where and whom I went to. The owner just ruined the reputation of his own artist more than he did his shop. The artist I saw is pretty decent but his response time to my messages has been none to non-existent which is why I went into the shop in the first place since he never answered me back after 3 weeks. Once your consult is completed, that's it and your design is reveled the day of your appointment with only small adjustments made.
