Fantastic experience at Agape getting our daughter's ears pierced. For under 11, you can do tandem…read morepiercing (both ears at the same time) and it is during a special appointment window. The staff was incredibly friendly and they are very diligent in their informative videos for after piercing care. They have a number you can text with questions at any time. My daughter didn't cry or complain at all during the piercing. She said she barely felt it. Rather than a punch gun like places in the mall, they use sterile needles which are much less painful. Her ears didn't bleed barely at all and they felt completely back to normal within a few days. Definitely recommended.

This was my first time getting a piercing where my piercer cared to explain SO much of the process,…read moreincluding aftercare and what to expect. Codi was clearly very knowledgeable about what she was doing and was able to not only calm me down (it's always a bit scary being under a needle), but also she made the entire piercing quick and easy! She emphasized the importance of focusing on my breathing and before I knew it, she finished my daith piercing! Because Codi had extra time, she also helped me make a jewelry switch for an old conch piercing since my old bar was way too long than it needed to be. Tabby (the sweet lady at the front desk) was also very helpful in talking me through what a daith was going to feel like, making the experience much smoother. Overall, I couldn't recommend this place enough. I have gotten a cartilage piercing before, but they didn't take the time and effort and care to explain what to expect before, during, and after the appointment. Plus, the jewelry selection they have is gorgeous :) Thanks again, Codi and Tabby!!

The very next weekend, I was in, getting my first tattoo, who had been done by Lisa Harrison, who also worked at the old shop. It's been nearly 17 years and, with the exception of 3 of my tattoos, the other 24 had been done in Mikey's shop. He's always friendly, courteous, and kind. Always willing to strike up a conversation while the electric needle is going, and he's been very reasonable for as long as I've known him. A great artist and an even better friend. Once he inks you, you're family. Highly recommended, always clean, sterilize the hell out of everything. If you go on a Saturday, call first to check his availability. If possible, go during the week.

I told Mike exactly where I wanted the holes; he made marks and showed me for my OK. One he hit and the other he missed, although not by a lot. Worse still, the holes are at an angle. The hole exits the back of my earlobe lower than where it is in front, so you can see the backings of all studs, and you can tell that the studs are at a 45 degree angle. The place is sanitary, and he is easy to talk to, but won't be going back, have to see someone else about new holes that look right.
