Purchased Moen flow shutoff because of my homeowners insurance. Was told by Moen that if I purchased the device before the end of November that I would receive a $100 Visa gift card. It's been 3 months, over 10 phone calls, countless emails still no gift card. Now it's not even about the gift card, it's about the integrity of the company. I have 3 other Moen devices installed in my home. I will never purchase another Moen device. Every time I call I get someone working from home. It's pretty simple I needed a new shower head for the master bathroom in our home, Moen is a brand I have experience with so after looking at a few other options I made the purchase and installed it myself in less than 5 minutes. What I liked about this particular model is the magnetic removable mini-shower head verses the models with the plastic holders that tend to break or fail due to fatigue over time - I also like that both shower heads can be activated at the same time or operate independently of each other with the mini-head that is fully adjustable while the larger shower head has a fixed pattern and flow. I installed this right from the box using the instructions and an adjustable wrench (not included), I will test these shower heads out for a few days to ensure the water pressure is adequate knowing I can modify or remove any water saving device installed at the factory. I purchased this for just under one-hundred dollars the quality seems to be inline with the purchase price, I'll see how it goes... read more

Service - poor, value - poor Terrible experience!!! A Triple S technician installed my Moen Flo device upside down and failed to bring my attention to the fact that if I had to read the dial my head would be flat on the ground in the mud. I was at work at the time of the installation and received a message that "everything is fine." Well, if they are the professionals they claim to be, you'd think they would point out this inconvenience and I'm sure this is not the first time they have done WHAT'S EASY AND NOT WHAT IS CORRECT FOR THE HOMEOWNER. Their installation cost me $700.00 and now they want another $700 to install it right side up. Where is the accountability? This was a deal among Farmers Insurance, Moen, Frontdoor Pro and Triple S Plumbing, none of whom accept the responsibility of the mistake. They are happy to help me - AT MY EXPENSE - again. Seems like job security to me , ie, install it properly but upside down and inconveniently for the homeowner without notification and get paid twice for having to install it properly. Nice gig! From my experience, Moen stands behind their products even after years. I had two towel bars that they designed are not very good wall mounting system. Contacted customer service. They stood behind their product. The customer service representative I talked to were exceptionally responsive and they sent me new towel bars, even after years and years. Customer service is awesome. I had a 5-year old faucet that failed. Plumber told me it is a non-repairable part, but if I call Moen they would likely replace it. I called, they did with a $25 charge since I had no receipt/proof of purchase. I can't complain because they made if very easy. Moen 2 handle lavatory faucet (INS 10595) faulty I bought 3 two-handle lavatory faucets (INS10595) for my new bathrooms. They look lovely. However, there are at least two faults. One, if you pull the lever or lift rod to move the drain plug, it breaks! On installation, one broke. I phoned and the person I spoke to was very nice, sent 2 replacements. Because of supply chain, it took a few weeks, but considering - that was alright. Once the broken one was installed, I tested the neighboring sink and wouldn't you know ... it broke, too. Good thing I have 2 kits! Second, with all this going on, the drain plug does not close fully and the sink(s) do not hold water. I would not recommend this product ... I will learn to live with a basin that does not hold water and I will hope that the none of the lift rods break again! read more

This company has no ethics. I bought a very expensive kitchen faucet with a sensor that you wave your hand in front of for it to turn on and off. You can use the handle as well. Now it stops working. Not just the sensor, the whole faucet! This faucet is about a year old now. The one this one replaced was only six months old. The one before that was around 9 months old. This is the fourth faucet I have needed since having my kitchen remodeled inSeptember, 2018. Every time this happens, I have to pay my plumber $150 to replace it. Probably more at this point. Customer service is lackluster. Last time it took about 10 days to have a new one sent. I bought this faucet because it looks so attractive. That is all it is. Looks with no brains! Moen makes faulty faucets. Plain and simple. At this point, I will just go with a different brand. read more

Fantastic products and customer service. My Moen kitchen and bathroom faucets are all now over ten years old and have functioned well. My kitchen faucet only recently started a slow leak. I sent a message to Moen asking what to do, and they surprisingly sent me all of the parts needed for repair under their lifetime warranty. So I decided to evaluate my other Moen products. My Moen shower head has had lower flow rate and a tiny tiny drip for quite some time. Once again, I contacted Moen and they sent me replacement parts. I am very impressed and will be installing only new Moen products whenever I renovate or move. I sent my customer service requests via their website, and I immediate receive an email confirmation. Make sure you include photos of your product. Don't worry if you don't know the model of your product... they seem to have automated algorithms for detecting your model number based on your photos! The response time can be slow (1-3 days). Apparently they have a lot of requests. But that's understandable, and I'd much rather have a high quality response than a fast one. The faucet is decent and lasts a long time. The Limited lifetime warranty is NOT a free replacement as advertised. I'm not sure when they started this, but they charge a $25 fee even if you are the original owner if you don't have a copy of the receipt. So keep the original receipt if you buy any Moen product. read more

aesthetically​, the MOEN faucet is a stylish addition​ to the new kitchen, but by every functional measure has been a nightmare. mired in the seemingly neverending process that is a remodel, i'd already been washing dishes in the bathtub for seven weeks when the faucet finally got installed. the sensor did not work properly (at ALL actually) and was told it would be an 11-to-14 business day wait for a replacement because they were back-ordered. when the part finally​ arrived and got installed, it worked for about two hours. when the sensor​ fails, there is not a manual backup option so i was once again washing dishes in the tub. yeah, color me grumpy. read more

This is regarding service, not product. I've called twice during their normal business hours. Both times, their system forced me to leave a call back number and to select a call back time for the next day. I'm thinking...really?...are they really that grossly understaffed with so many out of work now? Both call back times were missed. It's days later and I have yet to hear from them. Either their tech is broken, or they have chosen to be unresponsive. Either way, it's NOT the way to run a customer service center if you want to keep customers. Last year I needed a cartridge for a Delta faucet. When I called them, they picked up with a native English speaker and the part was at my door in less than a week. Moen single valve cartridge 1222 is extremely difficult to remove from the valve housing and almost as difficult to install as a replacement. I called their customer service because my "smart" faucet would not turn on. Their system gave me two choices. 1. Leave a message and they will call me about a week later. 2. Hang up. This means I would not have any water out of my kitchen sink until I had a plumber take their lousy (dumb, not smart) faucet out and replaced with a normal Kholer. Nothing but praise! I've built and renovated several homes over the past 40 years. And, I can't remember how many Moen products I've used in them... but it's lots! Moen's customer service has been outstanding all those years. Every product made by humans will fail, wear out, or need replacement at some point in time. I can't think of another organization presently that's provided such consistently good customer service. As an example of one retrofit, I installed an Arris trim kit. It's beautiful! A 6 year old kitchen faucet broken from the under sink mount. Parts could not be found locally for a repair. We contacted Moen & they sent a 75% off coupon for a replacement faccet. This is a faucet that advertised a "lifetime" warranty. We ordered the replacement, we needed a working kitchen faucet. Moen gave a sizeable less discount than 75%. After providing CS with multiple times to contact me to resolve the issue, nothing! Shame on Moen. Never again, Pfeiser will be my brand of choice. I just renovated my master bath and selected Moen Doux for all my bathroom fixtures. From the minute we turned on the water it has left stains. I am so disappointed. It already looks 10 years old. Moen advertises spot resistance,but come to find out it's only on certain brushed nickel,not all. It really looks terrible. I spoke with customer service. In my humble opinion, Moen is absolutely the finest Company I have ever dealt with. No other way to describe the continual experiences I have had every time I need a replacement part of any kind. I have a bathroom drain plug that is broken and all I want to do is purchase a new one. Lowes, Ace Hardware, Home Depot and local plumbing supply stores told me I must call Moen at (800) 289-6636 to acquire that part. I've called that number 4 times (over the past 3 days) and left a voice mail to return my call. I have yet to receive a response. "Buy it for looks. Buy it for a SHORT life" I have purchased 2 Moen kitchen faucets in the last 5 years. The first one purchased in 2016 developed internal leaks/product malfunction within 3 years. Since I did not keep my receipt, I was not eligible for replacement. ( malfunction + professional plumber costs.) In 2019 my Moen replacement kitchen faucet was purchased. (MY Mistake!) 15 months later, this faucet also develped leaks. (malfunction+ $plumber). I kept my receipt this time but was told they will send a replacement cartridge that I can install myself... assuming I have all the necessary tools and skill to do this. My lesson is learned. I requested several times that Moen send me a cartridge replacement for my shower faucet. I've spent time on documentation and photos. Though Moen claims lifetime warranty they refuse to send the cartridge. Instead, they sent other plastic pieces that my plumber will not install because they are made so poorly. I have Moen faucets throughout my home. I have very few issues with their products. With that said, when we remodeled our kitchen a couple years ago, we chose Moen for our new smart faucet that has a wave sensor on top and a sensor if things are under the faucet like a commercial bathroom. This product is high tech and with more to go wrong, usually they do. We have had some issues with our fancy automatic kitchen faucet but when we call Moen for support, they are always easy to speak with, they are helpful and quick at resolving your issue and sending out free replacement parts to quickly repair. They include detailed instructions on how to replace and in minutes, your problems are gone. We have had to call the a couple of times and they are always fast and helpful. I will continue to purchase Moen products because of the service. read more

Yea, they 'supposedly' have a lifetime warranty. The water line to the wand of my Moen kitchen faucet has been replaced twice and now needs to be replaced again due to leaking, which finds its way down to the surface of the kitchen cabinet. The problem is two-fold: 1) To communicate with a customer rep. you have to arrange a call-back of 'DAYS' away!! 2)They ship out a water line that has NOT been improved upon, so it too will leak within a year or two. Seems to me they want you to tire from this repetitive experience and buy a new faucet. I just did: a DELTA! hahaha... read more

I bought a faucet from Moen that looked nice but it leaks from the base after turning the water for awhile. Instead of taking it back to Home Depot I thought that I would just get it fixed with a new part. I called and I was put on hold with some very nasty music. I hung up and then asked to have some one call me back. They said someone would call back in 45 minutes. Four hours later, no call back. I called them back and I was no longer given the opportunity to stay on the line or get a call back that day. I bought a Moen corded showerhead from Bed,Bath and Beyond and messed up the plastic connector, possibly by overtightening. Contacted customer service via website. They asked for pictures, which I sent. Was really looking to buy a replacement, didn't expect free. After couple of weeks with no reply or acknowledgement I tried again. This review is for Moen's customer and warranty service. We bought a new townhome about ten years ago. The faucets and drains in the kitchens and baths were by Moen. In the master bath, in both sinks and the soaking tub, these fixtures had a faux brass finish which, after a couple of years, began to discolor and then began to peel. Although the fixtures worked well enough, I got enough of their terrible appearance and decided to replace them. I found some faucets I liked at efaucets.com and contacted eFaucets by phone (see my review). The sales representative at eFaucets advised me that I would not be able to install a rival manufacturer's "trim" on Moen valves and further advised me to contact Moen. ("Trim" is the industry term for the metalwork we see on the sink or tub; that is, the faucets, valve handles and drains. The valves themselves are hidden below the porcelain.) I called Moen and quickly learned that when Moen says its products are guaranteed for life to the original purchaser, Moen means what it says -- even if, as in our case, the original purchase is indirect, included in the purchase of a new home. Moen's representative helped me determine the model of the faucets we had, advised me that Moen no longer makes them and that Moen had changed the finish on its brass faucets about the time we purchased our home. He then selected the nearest match he could find in Moen's current product line and sent me, shipping paid by Moen, complete sets of faucets and drains for the tub and the sinks. He included the valves for the sinks because, he explained, Moen's new trim would not fit its old valves any more than a rival brand's trim would. I still have to install some of the new trim -- it's no small job -- and I don't yet have any substantial experience with its durability. As I wrote at the outset, this review is for Moen's customer and warranty service. However, I estimate the value of the fixtures Moen sent at about $1,500.00 MSRP. I suspect that the new trim will prove durable; otherwise, Moen's guarantee would soon put it out of business. In any case, Moen's guarantee and its customer service are excellent. read more
