At this time, they asked me if I would stay a member if the membership continued on at $10 a month which I agreed to. A few months later I was pouring over my credit card bill looking for a charge and low and behold I noticed that they had been charging me $40 a month instead of the agreed upon $10. I contacted my credit card company and provided them with multiple emails to Zips Car Wash, and they agreed that I had been overcharged and removed the charges from my account. A few months passed and I received a letter from the credit card company alerting me that the charges would be reapplied to my account. Apparently even though I had provided all of the need documentation Zips Car Wash was refusing to issue a credit. I then contacted Zips Car Wash directly and after providing them with all of the requested emails they told me that they had indeed overcharged me, but it was their prerogative whether or not they would be issuing a credit and they would not be. I spoke to three separate people with the company and got the response from all three. Of the three, two apologized to me for not being able to issue a credit, but they said corporate policy would not allow them to provide a refund. If I could give this company a zero, I would, unfortunately Yelp won't allow that.

I took my car to the Hurricane Express carwash on East Brainerd Road on May 22, 2023, for a carwash. After coming out of the wash I noticed that my brand new car's back windshield wiper was broken during the wash. And not only was the entire wiper blade broken off but the casing too. I immediately reported this to the employees. They reviewed the camera footage and stated that the damage did occur during the wash and that they would file an incident report immediately. I truly thought hurricane express would take accountability and reach out to fix the damage caused by their car wash. After a month of not hearing back from them, I visited the east brainerd location again to ask and was told the same thing. After a week, I reached out to them through their website, and on June 23, 2023 I received an email that a damage claim status update was reported to management and that they would call. This email was the last and ONLY communication I received from this company. I have tried emailing them and reaching out through their website several times but still no response. It has been over a month and a half, and my brand-new car is still damaged. At the very least someone could have reached out to me within these past 45 days to resolve this issue, but nothing.
