I chose the $14.99 wash ($1.50 more for trucks) but was charged $27+. A little frustrating having to work that out when I was clear about the wash I wanted. Once my truck was done (pretty quick, actually), I had to have them go back over it as there were still lots of bugs on the bumper, grill and hood. Two guys spent some time recleaning it but it was still dirty. I went ahead and just left but I had to go back over several areas myself once I got home and I really didn't want to do that. Also, a wet dog smell lingered inside from the cloths they were using. Probably won't be going back to this place.

I haven't tried it yet so I can't compare business but will update once I do. This is very nice with very friendly staff. They use a belt drive that carries you through rather than rails and rollers like all the other washes. The prices start at $7 for a basic soap and rinse and go up $12,$15 and...not sure because I chose the $15 wax. This includes a polish after the wax is applied AND a soft cloth buffer after going through the dryer which I haven't seen anywhere else. My wheels didn't get as clean as I like but the rest of the Truck was very nicely done. They have very powerful vacuums, air for your tires and washer fluid as well as offering towels to dry, window cleaner and air freshener. They definitely raise the bar for anything else in the area and much better value for your $$ than the wash place up in Ooltewah off Little Debbie and worth the drive down from there by far.

It didn't...at all. As I pulled up to this new and posh hotel I realized just how bad it looked behind a fresh and so clean Sequoia (I am pretty sure we were traveling the same route), slick c300 4matic, some Minivan (I owned one and am so glad to be out of that phase) and two golf carts (told you....posh!). I was a little/a lot ashamed when I heard a trip to the carwash was added to the itinerary (thanks ). So after traveling down the mountain to Chattanooga and a history trip on the Tennessee Valley Railroad (Museum). I pulled up car washes near me and arrived at a pretty nice "car wash" I was a little concerned there was no one to scrub before we entered the tube. A teenage Ninja appeared and started scrubbing. Then lights, cameras, action!! We ascended into the world bubbles! That magic tube did its job!! We headed over to where threal week began... cleaning out the interior. When I tell you it was a real workout! I proceeded to some mat cleaner machine. I don't know if the teenage guy took pity on me when he asking if I wanted him to power wash the mats. GOD BLESS DALTON! The supplies we plentiful and the equipment was up to the task. Warmest day of the year! Driving off we felt like we had repurchased a new automobile! THANK YOU DILTON! You Rock!!!!

I had the most pleasant experience today with Mark Hullender, owner of the recently upgraded Splash…read moreCar Wash. After an express wash ($7.00) I drove home. When I got out of the car, I saw a few areas on the hood and trunk lid that had not been thoroughly cleaned (Splash does not use the big, rotating brush that descends onto your car and then rides the contours, but the manic strips that swish back and forth). I hate to be picky, but I wasn't satisfied with this. The roof and sides were pristine, but the hood and trunk lid weren't up to par. So, I drove back to the car wash. When Mark came out, I showed him my areas of concern, and he immediately agreed with me and directed me to come back in for a second wash. But before he started the second wash cycle, he used a big, soapy brush to manually gave the hood and trunk lid a good scrubbing. And then, to my surprise, he gave me an upgraded wash with more soap. Needless to say, problem solved! Without hesitation, I therefore give Mark Hullender and his Splash Car Wash a solid 5 stars for the following reasons: 1) Mark was quick to agree with me that some spots had been missed and didn't hesitate to fix the problem; 2) I was impressed by Mark's sincerity and desire to make me happy. He said, "I want happy customers and I will do whatever it takes to achieve that", and he meant it!; 3) Splash Car Wash has recently been upgraded and has all new equipment - everything looks clean and new. Therefore, without reservation, I can endorse and recommend Mark and his business to you. I will not hesitate to get my next car wash there.
