Look, I hate to leave 1-Star but this car wash has changed since opening, not so much as to the staff as they are courteous and polite but with the equipment ! If you pay for a service you should expect to get that service and you should get that service in what package you select and pay for ! And let me direct your attention to the wheel cleaner and tire shine . I just got home from going through this car wash and it does not do a really good job on your wheels and it only does a half ass job on providing tire shine for your tires . It does not cover the tire properly and it only did the passenger side of my vehicle and the driver side it left scrapes in my tires and did not put any type of dressing on it as I had paid for and I did bring it to the attention of a young attendant there and he offered for me to go back through and I said no I appreciate it but just take a look at the equipment. I really think in the morning when you open up, you should run one of your vehicles through it to ensure that the entire car wash and whatever package one would purchase that's the service and add-ons that you get . Here in Hanover their options and I'm not gonna say which car wash I would recommend or go to. I'll leave that to your discretion as a consumer that I would think twice and I hate to say it before coming back here to Mod Wash ! I had to spend a lot more extra time having to clean my black rims with your towels, as it did not really clean it not impressive at all and a complete waste of my money at your car wash And folks take a look at the tires. These look worse than what they did before I went into the car wash. The bottom line is this is not a car wash. I would recommend by any shape or form and I'm sorry but you need some work at this car wash. read more

This is a nice car wash, with a lot of vacuum spots available. They provide towels and cleaner for the interiors. Sometimes the members lane isn't working, but the other lane still reads your plate and lets you right through. It's not a big deal, literally just pull into the next lane. The employees are always friendly. read more

Very disappointed in my visit. If you understand car washes you would understand why. 27.00 for their best wash before extras. There was no prep or brushing of things to get rid of things that are normally missed . And that being said the soap was the the first thing to hit the car. Now the rest of the car washes in town that have a service attendant pretreat your car before entering. So my car left not has clean as it should of. I hope this is a fluke. Otherwise I don't recommend this place at all. With a newer car wash opening just down the street. I believe they better get their act together. read more

It's been over six months since the Mod Wash repaired the members' lane. During every visit, I ask when the parts to fix the machine in the members' lane will arrive. Instead of using the machine, you have to wait for an employee to manually check your license plate to get a car wash. read more

Cynthia the attendant is sweet and did a great job assisting me. Always happy with the wash and afterwards cleaning and supplies provided.

I used the lower price $10 and it was worthy, next time I am going to try the medium one. They have a lot spaces and easy to get in and out from this place. They provide towels to finish it, in case you forgot to bring. Costumer service super friendly and helpful staff. read more

I was scammed at the Hanover location. During a promotion in April I was talked into signing up for one month. Not once was I verbally told that there would be reoccurring charges onto my credit card. It did not say anything on the receipt either. It's not like they talk about an app to "handle your account" or anything. Fast forward 5/15 my card is charged $23.31. After trying multiple emails that did not go through I was able to get on the phone with someone who verified I was able to cancel my membership by creating an account online. I was denied a refund even though I have not used any services nor did I even agree to be charged again. I will never be using ModWash again or giving any car washes credit/debit cards any longer. Everyone check your bank statements. They are popping up everywhere because they are little scamming cash cows. read more

Terrible, equipment never works. Pilot is always dirty on back and rims. People are nice but quality sucks. Was shutdown for repairs for several months. We got nothing for compensation. read more

Mod Wash!!!! DO NOT go there!!!! I used it for the 1st time, & my car was pushed into a mini-van upon exit of the drying stage! I stopped the elderly couple that was in the vehicle in front of me, but they refused to return to report damage to the staff. They failed to accept responsibility for the damage, & offered free washes. How the hell am I gonna go back there after getting damage the 1st time using their service? DO NOT use their car wash!!!!!!! I'm waiting to hear back from the G.M. Dillon May. I was told by one of the employees that he would be reluctant to rectify the situation. read more

I've had a MOD Wash membership for about 6 months. I was pleased at first. No longer. The last two times I've gone, the wash has been down. Wasted trips. Today was the kicker though. I went to pull into the wash and the attendant was not there. He came rushing out and waved like I was supposed to enter. I started forward and he yelled at me and pointed his finger at me. He got a different finger returned, of course! :-). I backed out, parked, walked into the office and dropped mine and my girlfriend's membership immediately. I asked to speak to a manager. I was told "we are all managers." I told the guy who seemed to be in charge that his attendant needed to lose the attitude and MOD Wash had just lost $60 in monthly memberships. Instead of owning any of it, the "manager" told me to leave. Good luck staying in business with that kind of customer service! read more

All lanes were closed but one. There was a very very long line. There was no benefit to being a member.

I needed to update my review. I gave this place another try and now I am a regular customer! The service is MUCH better! I always get a nice wash. The vacuums work well. And there are always plenty of rags and cleaner. The workers are friendly and I am glad I came back. read more

The manager, Chris Brown, at the Hanover Mod Wash was great last week when my car wouldn't start after vacuuming it out, his employee was the ONLY one to ask if I needed help after having my hood up for 15 minutes, she gave me a bottle of water and got Chris who had a jump pack in his personal vehicle that he used to jump start my car. I highly recommend Hanover Mod Wash as it's always clean, quick and the service is great when needed. read more

This is a new carwash with a lot of cool features!! Everyone is super helpful and my car came out super shiny!! Will be back! Great job, Brad! read more

Generally pleasant to go and get your car washed. Now I was a customer for 2 years with an account for my company truck and when I switched jobs i stayed on with my jeep.An old jeep with a roof rack, which won't come off without tools. Apparently in age of apps and hacks and mods these clowns haven't figured out how to make the top roller hit just the hood and ignore the roof-so they don't rip off the rack.I managed to get most of the operators to hit the hood also and was happy. Then I met "keyholder" Jayden. He said no one there has every hit my hood with the top roller. Literally called me a liar! Actual words from his mouth-"You're a liar". So on top of that the other employees said this-"If you want your hood clean of bird droppings we supply rags for you to use". Didn't my membership pay to have the bird droppings removed from my whole car without me having to do it myself? Guess I misunderstood how car washes work? The manager himself has hit my hood and roof more than once. I am not a liar and I also am not their customer anymore.I now go to the Tidal Wave that was recently built literally 2 football fields down the road. They have ass clowns running this one. read more

My neighbor set off fireworks right next to my new car, and it was filthy. I took it here. $10. Great job. I'll return. Not crowded. Can buy monthly washes for $39.95, unlimited $24 car washes, and $29.95 unlimited monthly $14 car washes. read more

ModWash - White wax all over car!! - Car Wash Near Me - Hanover, Pennsylvania

Today was my 1st time at Modwash. I guy working at the selection kiosk was polite. The whole was was great until towards the end I heard a crack on my roof, then a rubber seal hung down my windshield. When I was able to exit I saw it busted the shield from my sunroof off along with the rubber seal. Modwash also left the bird poop on my windshield along with all the dead bug marks. So this car wash is strong enough to break a part of my car off but not strong enough for bird poop. Ridiculous for $24. read more
