We are forced to come here weekly (sometimes biweekly) as Suzi Suds seems to have taken over in Hanover. Out of the 20ish times we've been here only one or two times did we NOT run into problems. Every possible issue you could think of, they have it. The washers will eat your money and never start. The dryers will run for an hour+ and your clothes will STILL be soaking wet. One time I came in to move my sons clothes from the washer to the dryer and I had to move them to another washer and REWASH them because they were completely soaked and not at all wrung out in the slightest. The washer didn't even spin them. The washers are gross. The compartments for your softener are absolutely disgusting. Of all the times we've been here I've seen ONE lady cleaning, ONE time. My biggest issue is the insane amount of times the washers have eaten my money and I've had to fill out complaints MULTIPLE times. We get our money back a week later but nothing gets done to actually fix the problem. With all the business Suzi seems to have here in Hanover, you'd think she could afford to fix something once in awhile. I'm absolutely irate & DONE coming here. Just placed an order for a new washer and dryer. Thanks for nothing, Suzi Suds.
