We had just installed brand new 75,000 mile tires at Costco (less than 5,000 miles on them) but maybe because she is a woman she might not know any better? The treads on the tire are perfect and brand new in appearance. She was upset when she came home and we both are disappointed because if she did not know any better and the tires were not brand spanking new she could have been tricked which to us is not far off from stealing from somebody. I could see if the tires were somewhat worn as it can become a judgment call but this was blatantly dishonest. I hope it was just a misjudgment of some sort and prefer to give the benefit of the doubt but caveat emptor.
