Received a call from Mike within minutes and in about an hour, Mike arrived at our apartment. The process was seamless from start to finish. He began by asking the necessary questions, taking my husband's blood pressure and heart rate, and ensuring everything was safe before proceeding. He was extremely knowledgeable, explaining every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand. Not only was he professional, but he was also very friendly, which made the whole experience even better. The entire service took no more than 30-45 minutes, and my husband felt noticeably better afterward. Reset IV delivers incredible care and convenience. We were so impressed with their efficiency and care--definitely worth it and will be using again if needed.

A doctor's visit ruled out anything "serious", and he was told to just ride it out. I did a little research and came across Life Wellness Institute. The office was clean and inviting, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. While waiting for my husband to finish his treatment, I was able to inquire about a few of their services for myself. I will update my review when I try them out. Highly recommend them!

Love coming to Restore Hyper wellness Center! I want to come here more frequently! I've visited a…read morecouple of times for the infrared sauna and the red light therapy. Both amazing things to do for your self care routine. In the infrared sauna room you have the entire room to yourself. You can lock it and take as much clothes off as you please because it is your private room! What I also like about the sauna is that you can link it to your Bluetooth so you can jam to your favorite songs! An infrared sauna session could be up to 45 mins. I did the entire 45 mins because I just really enjoy it, but you can leave whenever you want you can stay up to the 45 mins. The Red Light Therapy is only for 15 minutes it is for inflammation, injury recovery, detox, and much more. You also get your own room. You shouldn't look straight at the lights so they provide little goggles for you to wear. I tried with and without the goggles and I preferred with. Simply because I forget to not look into the lights and don't want to damage my eyes. They do have showers. Again you get your own private shower room where you can easily and comfortably dress unlike at the gym. They even have deos. and other refreshing feminine products in case you forgot to bring your own. I like to bring my small gym bag with a change of clothes and my own beauty products. The workers are really nice. They're young, they're friendly and courteous and very helpful. Josh really helped me out last time and guided me through the process. You can go as a non member for services or they have a monthly membership different rates with different services included. Some memberships for example will include a month IV...and other things! Restore is an amazing place. Go check it out, tell them Sonia referred you! Talk to Josh, he's nice and very helpful! He'll take care of you! They also have cryotherapy, IV's and more! Can't wait to try their other services!

At 52, I was really struggling with perimenopause. Low energy, mood swings, changes in my skin, and just not feeling like myself. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel comfortable. The office is clean, welcoming, and the staff is genuinely kind. Dr. Lopez and her husband are wonderful. They really take the time to listen and create a plan that makes sense for you. I started with hormone pellets and an IV treatment, and within a few weeks I began noticing a real difference. My mood improved, my energy came back, my skin looked better, and I felt more like myself again. What I appreciate most is how they monitor your progress and adjust as needed. It is not a one size fits all approach, which makes a huge difference. This has truly been one of the best decisions I have made for my health and overall well being. I feel like a new woman. 1 Star - WARNING: DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE I would give ZERO…read morestars if I could. My experience with Elevate Miami has been an absolute nightmare, and I feel obligated to warn others. After being recommended two peptides by their in-house doctor, I trusted their advice only to end up hospitalized after months of use. I later discovered these peptides should have never been prescribed to someone with my medical history. What makes this worse is the complete lack of accountability from the staff and ownership. For months, I was told that I would be credited $1,800 for the unopened vials multiple employees confirmed this. But once I followed up on the refund, I was met with nothing but runaround responses, delays, and ultimately, flat-out disrespect. The final straw? The OWNER himself got on the phone with me and, instead of helping resolve the situation professionally, aggressively cursed me out. He told me to "go f*** myself" and sarcastically dared me to "do whatever I want." This is the level of professionalism you can expect from Elevate Miami. Their behavior is not just unethical it's dangerous. Recommending peptides that led to hospitalization, lying about credits, and having a business owner verbally abuse a paying customer is beyond unacceptable. If you value your health, your money, and basic human decency, STAY FAR AWAY from this place. There are far better, safer, and more professional clinics out there. I'm pursuing further action, and I hope no one else has to go through what I did.
