After being recommended two peptides by their in-house doctor, I trusted their advice only to end up hospitalized after months of use. I later discovered these peptides should have never been prescribed to someone with my medical history. What makes this worse is the complete lack of accountability from the staff and ownership. For months, I was told that I would be credited $1,800 for the unopened vials multiple employees confirmed this. But once I followed up on the refund, I was met with nothing but runaround responses, delays, and ultimately, flat-out disrespect. The final straw? The OWNER himself got on the phone with me and, instead of helping resolve the situation professionally, aggressively cursed me out. He told me to "go f*** myself" and sarcastically dared me to "do whatever I want." This is the level of professionalism you can expect from Elevate Miami. Their behavior is not just unethical it's dangerous. Recommending peptides that led to hospitalization, lying about credits, and having a business owner verbally abuse a paying customer is beyond unacceptable. The clinic is extremely serene, high end, comfortable, clean and accommodating. Very thoughtful touches have been made like providing fresh lap blankets if you get chilly, or ice packs if you have sore muscles, relaxing mood lighting and music options, and extremely comfortable, reclining chairs to name a few. The nurses are so incredibly nice and accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about what they do. They seem to genuinely care about your health needs, and want to make sure you are getting the most beneficial type of therapy possible. And, while the whole experience feels more like a spa treatment than a clinic, everything about the process, equipment and application is very clinical, sterile and professional. They even offered several infusions I've never heard of or seen available at other clinics. I've been twice since they opened and can't wait until I can make it back there again. Oh, and when I say they are accommodating, I mean it. I'm a night person and had both of my treatments done after around 9pm with very little notice.
