Yellow Cab is now zTrip…read more First try on Thanksgiving Day 2021....We called to schedule a ride to the Mobile Municipal Airport and got the automated dispatch. We did not pre-arrange this ride on the day prior, but gave plenty of time for a driver to pick us up. We waited for quite some time....long enough and then some. I finally called again and it stated that a driver had not been found yet....called our "ATTEMPTED" ride. Second try on December 8, 2021... I called the company at 9:30 am to schedule a pick up for 3:00 pm to take me to a medical appointment. Done! At 3:10 pm I called and was told my cab was still 35 minutes away (my infusion was to be at 3:30). I canceled my ride and found other transport that got me there a few minutes late (because of Z-Trip's oversight) but still was able to get my infusion. I will never attempt to us this company again! They are completely unreliable and very unprofessional. I knew somebody that worked for them when Z-Trip was yellow cab. I was told that Uber and Lyft were kicking yellow cab's butt and that is why the name changed and new ownership. It seems as though nothing has changed. Future riders of Z-Trip should be aware and choose another form of transportation

Very little cushion on the wood seats and no cushion at all on the seat backs. Lots of interesting information and sites but we would not go on this trolley again. Joe is fabulous! We arranged an early pick-up from our location in Milton, FL. We had to catch a…read moreplane at Pensacola Airport which departed at 7:15am. I requested a pick-up at 5:00am, and Joe said he might be 5 or 10 minutes early. He was actually more like 15 minutes early, and texted my phone to let me know: "I'm outside. I'm early. Take your time!" He was cheerful and professional, and regaled my better half and me with local information (for example, I never knew the white sand at the Pensacola beaches were imported from up North), and made sure to point out old neighborhoods in Pensacola that I had said I remembered from a few years back. The taxi ride cost a little more than quotes from other places (it was $50 for the trip from Milton to Pensacola), but when you need to bank on someone actually arriving at your house at 5 in the morning, the peace of mind of knowing they will actually show up (and show up early, even! And with a cheery disposition!) is worth it. Count on Joe for a friendly & dependable ride to your destination. We were very pleased!

He is thorough, professional, and has great communication. I had no worries before I landed, as I knew that he was checking my flight for delays. On the return, he was there early, then had to make an unexpected stop for me and did so quite cheerfully. On top of all that, he's just a great guy. I wish I could give him more than five stars!
