We had just completed a new addition on our home and the new bathroom was leaking, the tile work was shoddy & the whole brand-new walk-in shower had to be completely ripped out and re-done. Our experience had been so awful and we were so hesitant about hiring someone again after such a bad experience. We decided to trust the glowing reviews we saw on Andrey and we are SO grateful that we did. After what we'd gone through, he was a huge breath of fresh air. So professional and always communicative. From start to finish he was honest and open and very fair with his pricing, and he was always right on time every single morning until the job was done. He doesn't cut corners, he works very hard & meticulously, takes true pride in his work and is very efficient while still giving ample attention to detail and doing a fabulous job - the tile work he did on our shower looks so incredible. He's very talented (we learned the hard way that tile work is truly a craft that many contractors lack true skill!) we couldn't be happier we found someone who made our bathroom renovation a beautiful reality and we will definitely refer him to all my family & friends and hire him for any future tile needs!!

Hired RGA Construction to extend my exiting retaining wall by seven feet. They completed the job…read moreOctober 7, 2024. The new extention looked very nice and matched the old wall so we were happy with the results - until it began to rain. Water began to seep under the wall and within a few months had created a channel under the wall. Water, mud and gravel began to wash into our neighbor's yard. It has gotten worse every time it rains. I contacted the owner of RGA Construction on April 1, 2025 asking if he could look at it and let me know what might be done to remedy the problem. He replied that he would come by on Friday April 4th. He never showed up. He never contacted me. I have asked him four time since then if and when he could come have a look and he has completely ignored me. He has not responded at all. In my last message on May 12, I mentioned that I would prefer to deal directly with him and hoped that he would stand behind his work. Still, no reply at all. I finally wrote up a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. He ignored their questions as well. It is no surprise that RGA currently has just a D+ rating with the Better Business Bureau of Upstate South Carolina. RGA Construction simply does not care about the quality of their work or about customer satisfaction or about their reputation as a responsible business. It is very frustrating trying to deal with a business that just doesn't care.
