When I called Lisa from Study Pals on a Saturday morning, she assured me she could get someone right away and tailor the tutoring to whatever we needed. They also do a background check on all their workers which put me at ease. I can't just have anyone in my home. She literally had someone by the afternoon and we started that very Monday. We enrolled my child into tutoring because of a recommendation of a friend since her daughter improved as well. I came in not knowing what to expect and I felt as if " what if this doesn't work but it's worth to try". My child improved one whole grade level within 6 months!
