I asked for my gel polish to be removed, nails cut, filed shaped and a gel color. They were out of the shade I requested , (which did not bother me.) The lady did a nice job. However. Just hours later my nail polished chipped. To my surprise she did not use gel polish. (Not sure if i asked for gelnor not) I did call the salon and tell her. She was kind and said she would re do the nail(s). I never had a chance to go back due to my car breaking down. Anyways, just want to say I would recommend this place.

I would not have booked here if I would have known I was going to pay $85 for a half up half down pony tail. Second my curls didn't even make it until I put my dress on! It looked fine when I left the salon, but it did not last. Thank goodness my mom brought her curling iron and hair spray with her so we were able to save my hair for my wedding! I called my stylist and asked if she or someone else could come fix my hair but she refused. She told it that it would be my responsibility to find (and pay) someone else to fix my hair. Her boss was supposed to call and she never did. This was the only thing I regret about my wedding day. Save yourself the stress and tears. Find another salon for the biggest, most important day of your life. They obviously don't care about it here.

I was initially impressed by their website.It is very well done and very informative regarding…read morethe prices of services offered and which stylist was more highly skilled in each service offered .I made my appointment for a cut,(done by one stylist)and for a process to add shine to my hair(done by a different stylist) .I found this stylist to be friendly. And I found that my haircut looked acceptable when the first stylist was finished. I then went to the next stylist who washed my hair and followed that up with the shine process. The stylist assured me,that even though my hair is somewhat curly, I would still see a difference in my hair's appearance. I did not. I then went back to the first stylist to be blow dried and styled.Other than asking me about the direction of my part, there were no questions about how I wanted it styled. I was less than thrilled at the result of her styling but figured that I could fix it at home. The real shock of my experience came at the cash register. I had already anticipated what I would be paying, since the prices of each procedure were identified on the web site. However I had not anticipated the amount of the tip which was included in the total amount. I am aware that the amount that a customer tips for services is based on the total amount of the services received. However I was, in no way , particularly overwhelmed by the services I received . I do not appreciate being held captive to the tip amount already established by a business.I believe in tipping based on the satisfaction of services received. I also believe that ,based on the amount that this business charges for each service , there should be some level of guaranteed customer satisfaction .

It's even more rare to find a stylist who can shape curly hair into a beautiful and flattering cut for the type of curly hair, your face shape, and your desired style. FINALLY a salon has opened up in Clarion that can tame my hair and turn it into something I'm proud of rather than something I want to throw up in a bun and hide from others. I had Tiffany, she was sweet and made me feel comfortable. She cut my hair exactly as I'd asked and gave me tips to make my curly hair more manageable. I received a very very bad haircut from this salon. Granted the stylist was new which I can be…read moreunderstanding of, however when I contacted the salon (via email) informing them of the extremely uneven cut, both in overall length and the layers length (1-1 1/2 inch difference creating a very distinguished shelf along with "strings" of long hair and very bulky) By email, I received no response what so ever, I didn't request any type of refund of the sort, but it would have been considerate to at least acknowledge the situation or even offer to fix it, now I must search for someone to fix this mess and lose even more length to try and even it out. Not happy about this considering I've been growing my hair out for a year and finally took the risk of a new stylist. Even so it's the overall lack of concern/acknowledgement from the salon that is making my actually write a review, and a poor reflection of the salon not the stylist (she can learn and improve at least).
