She got a manicure done less than 1/4 of inches short and they were $75. Her nails were so rectangular and crooked. They insisted that her fingers were crooked so that why that look like that. The lady that was doing my pedicure was very rude and I had to keep explaining to her I'm not wearing tips on my toes that these are my natural nails. She continued to try to rip them off. At this point I'm highly upset. Never again for us. If you decide to come to this place of business; I honestly hope you don't have the same experience me and my sister did. Enjoy.

I have purchased my wife packages here before and it has always been great. The staff has changed I…read moreguess , the last package I purchased her went south and in a hurry. I purchased a package with massage , manicure and hand wax. She got a hot stone massage , which I do know is more expensive , that she didn't want and when she told them the lady said that was the only massage she knew how to do. When it came to the hand waxing they went and watched Youtube to learn how to do it , and they actually admitted to it. My wife told me about all of this a few weeks after the fact , so I drove up to talk to them about it because its not cheap for a spa package , even though this place is very reasonable, and you want what you paid for. The woman at the front desk who is listed on their webstie as nothing more than hair and make up tells me they have had people quit and that they are cross training. When I tell her that watching youtube to do something I paid for is not really what I had in mind when I purchased this , she got rude. She made comments how she just should not have told my wife about Youtube and more or less called my wife a liar on the massage saying that it didn't happen that way , and got loud and just all around annoying. I left before I said anything rude back or called them all what I really wanted to and did what I thought was right , I tried to contact the owner. Phone calls didn't work so I emailed her email on their website. I was nice and polite and just said how unhappy we were with the service and attitude and that I know people can have bad days but this was over the top. She never bothered to reply , I guess she just doesn't care. This place used to be great , they use to have some really sweet and caring people working there , we will not spend another dime , they have told us what they think about customers by calling them liars and not responding to calls and emails when one has a complaint. I gave them two stars for their spa is very nice to not be an upscale place and there are still a couple of really sweet women still working there

It ended up being off center, so I took it out. I messaged them about it, and they were pretty rude about it. They told me I should've came to have it checked out before I did anything and I'm like is that gonna magically center it??? They didn't offer any sort of oh well we can redo it for you once healed, nope! Just blamed me it felt like for their piercers fuck up. I thought it was a bad first impression, so a year later I decided maybe they've improved this time around. I went to Hannah and she did an excellent job! So then a couple months later I went to get another piercing done, unfortunately Hannah was no longer there so I was stuck with Natalie. Well shit, gave her the benefit of the doubt. Didn't center me this time at all, or ask me what jewelry I wanted. I was pierced in less than 2 minutes I'd say and was sent on my way. I feel if you're gonna be in that type of rush and pressure and you're short staffed on piercers maybeeeee don't let them pierce people on account of making money and then errors. Was definitely wanting to get pierced by Hannah. She was amazing! Actually took her took time and made sure I was comfortable with where she had marked me and what not. She was very sweet! Something Natalie didn't do. I'm willing to make the drive to walnut ridge now though since I heard she's at stingerz tattoo studio. Hunter & Shelby are excellent tattoo artist too! So it's a win/win. Will not be giving bewitched my business anymore until they get their piercers and tattoo artists properly trained.
