Jayleen knows her stuff. I needed a change and decided that I wanted a shorter haircut. She cut my…read morehair expertly, and it looks almost as good as when she styles it everyday. She colored it beautifully, and when it grew out, she knew that the gray I have in my hair would be masked by the way she placed the highlights so I didn't have to go right in again to have my hair colored. I would recommend Jayleen to anyone who knows what they want, or really doesn't know what they want, because she's that good that she can make your hair look great. She has accommodated my schedule by staying later than she normally would. I appreciate that because I work full-time and live about 30 miles away.

First of all, I wanted a full hour but due to the language barrier I was told when I arrived that I…read morecould only get a half hour. During that half hour she left the room twice to greet me customers and she never once touched my feet or my arms. Just shoulders, back, and back of legs. There's SO much more to the human body than just those things. They charge $60 for a full hour but $40 for a half hour. You show up and they tell you they only can give you a half hour? That's a scam. Is not over yet. Then you pay her and she presses you for a tip of you don't include one. I understand tipping being a customary practice across many industries. What she refuses to understand is that, if I don't offer you a tip, it's because I'm unsatisfied with your service. Simple as that. I've had incredibly good massages in my life in different states and countries. This place is garbage. Don't waste your money.

I have purchased my wife packages here before and it has always been great. The staff has changed I…read moreguess , the last package I purchased her went south and in a hurry. I purchased a package with massage , manicure and hand wax. She got a hot stone massage , which I do know is more expensive , that she didn't want and when she told them the lady said that was the only massage she knew how to do. When it came to the hand waxing they went and watched Youtube to learn how to do it , and they actually admitted to it. My wife told me about all of this a few weeks after the fact , so I drove up to talk to them about it because its not cheap for a spa package , even though this place is very reasonable, and you want what you paid for. The woman at the front desk who is listed on their webstie as nothing more than hair and make up tells me they have had people quit and that they are cross training. When I tell her that watching youtube to do something I paid for is not really what I had in mind when I purchased this , she got rude. She made comments how she just should not have told my wife about Youtube and more or less called my wife a liar on the massage saying that it didn't happen that way , and got loud and just all around annoying. I left before I said anything rude back or called them all what I really wanted to and did what I thought was right , I tried to contact the owner. Phone calls didn't work so I emailed her email on their website. I was nice and polite and just said how unhappy we were with the service and attitude and that I know people can have bad days but this was over the top. She never bothered to reply , I guess she just doesn't care. This place used to be great , they use to have some really sweet and caring people working there , we will not spend another dime , they have told us what they think about customers by calling them liars and not responding to calls and emails when one has a complaint. I gave them two stars for their spa is very nice to not be an upscale place and there are still a couple of really sweet women still working there
