I am from California visiting family and came for a massage to start my birthday off right. I felt led to give hands of light a try and couldn't be more grateful I walked thru their door. On arrival there was plenty of parking. With a short walk I entered and was immediately greeted even with light construction taking place I never felt that I wasn't a valued customer and received full attention and care. I had no preference on masseuse and booked days before effortlessly thru their website. I met Kimberlee who kindly introduced herself and immediately felt positive energy. She did an amazing job during the assessment phase by both welcoming me and informing me of what to expect during the massage. All questions were heard and answered completely with kindness and a wealth of knowledge. I forget the name of the massage however it was more than any typical Swedish style massage I have experienced. In addition, I was offered a chakra balancing massage, which was new to me. I am so grateful I was open to trying something new and after the massage I felt exponentially better in body, mind and spirit. I rarely leave reviews and this might be my first purely positive review here on yelp but the compulsion to share the good news is so strong. I'd also like to thank the owners and or management. With over a decade of experience in retail. With both a sales associate and managerial mindset, I have an appreciation of businesses who transparently show what they are about. With the attention to the physical store (beautiful but currently still being upgraded) and customer care (seen thru employees under the businesses core policies) I was blown away. I looked forward to class each week and am excited to continue practicing yoga here. There is a 2 for 1 offer for new clients so you can try different classes and instructors. I also love that it is in Hernando, I try to support local business if possible.

Prenatal Yoga w/ Emily Mulqueen…read more Going to prenatal yoga has been absolutely wonderful for my body and mind since I started going at about 18 weeks along. It's a low-impact fitness and helps you stay active during pregnancy. Emily leads the class and encourages everyone to move how they feel comfortable! She switches up the routine every class so it's never the same! I've enjoyed taking time away to focus on myself, my growing body, and my baby during these classes. Not to mention, the community of the class and being with other pregnant women in the area has cultivated a supportive environment where we can share our struggles, achievements, and our motivations throughout the pregnancy journey!
