She was the most nicest and professional person I've ever met for the past 3 years of my sugaring experience. I've done it from Chicago, Michigan, Texas, but no other place did the work the way she did! She was really good at not making things feel awkward, and distracting you from the pain. She double, triple checks and makes sure the work is done perfectly. If 'professionalism' was a person, it would be Grace. I would love to visit again!!

I have purchased my wife packages here before and it has always been great. The staff has changed I…read moreguess , the last package I purchased her went south and in a hurry. I purchased a package with massage , manicure and hand wax. She got a hot stone massage , which I do know is more expensive , that she didn't want and when she told them the lady said that was the only massage she knew how to do. When it came to the hand waxing they went and watched Youtube to learn how to do it , and they actually admitted to it. My wife told me about all of this a few weeks after the fact , so I drove up to talk to them about it because its not cheap for a spa package , even though this place is very reasonable, and you want what you paid for. The woman at the front desk who is listed on their webstie as nothing more than hair and make up tells me they have had people quit and that they are cross training. When I tell her that watching youtube to do something I paid for is not really what I had in mind when I purchased this , she got rude. She made comments how she just should not have told my wife about Youtube and more or less called my wife a liar on the massage saying that it didn't happen that way , and got loud and just all around annoying. I left before I said anything rude back or called them all what I really wanted to and did what I thought was right , I tried to contact the owner. Phone calls didn't work so I emailed her email on their website. I was nice and polite and just said how unhappy we were with the service and attitude and that I know people can have bad days but this was over the top. She never bothered to reply , I guess she just doesn't care. This place used to be great , they use to have some really sweet and caring people working there , we will not spend another dime , they have told us what they think about customers by calling them liars and not responding to calls and emails when one has a complaint. I gave them two stars for their spa is very nice to not be an upscale place and there are still a couple of really sweet women still working there

They didn't make me feel rushed when picking my color even though it sometimes takes me forever The nail technician was kind and paid close attention to detail. He didn't rush through the process even though they were very busy. I had one nail chip 2 days later and they fixed it at no charge. After that I had zero problems, no chipping or peeling at all!! Over 5 weeks later my color was still perfect!! Of course, my nails were grown out but the fact that they didn't peel in any spot was amazing to me. My mom has had the same experience as as I did. When I had them remove the color again, they were kind and helped me right away. Definitely the best place to get a manicure!!

Kerri at Cut Loose has cut my hair, my wife's hair, and my children's hair for as long as I can…read moreremember. She is engaging and friendly and does a wonderful job. I honestly wouldn't recommend another salon or another stylist in the world. Am I biased because she's my friend? Maybe. But if she was jacking up my head we'd just be friends! Anytime I need a haircut she's on it. I could call her right now (10:00 PM) and tell her I needed a haircut and tomorrow afternoon my hair would be cut exactly how I like it (military style). My wife isn't here right now to give her input, but I KNOW, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that she absolutely loves this place and Kerri in particular. Let me tell you - for at least the past 11 years for me and even longer for my wife - we have used Kerri. Even when she was with that other place. And I would never ever consider using another salon. One of the worst things about being gone on my Navy stuff (second only to missing my family) is not having my hair cut here. So if you need your hair cut, dyed, or whatever you ladies do to your head, come to Cut Loose. Everyone there is professional and outstanding at what they do. I'm partial to Kerri, but there are other great stylist to choose from. I highly recommend it!
