Defiantly one of the best agencies in Orlando. Alexis and Victoria are amazing and really look out for their models.

I am very excited that today I went on a commercial audition for a very large business called "Worx" This is a power tool company and I also met and worked with on this commercial set a top rated national casting director! Susan and Jess have worked with me through phone calls, e-mails and one on one office visits. They truly make me feel like a family member in their business and not just another customer. I am amazed with how professional they are in all areas of representation of me. I am very excited with my future with Jess Anderson Talent and Model Agency because I know Susan and Jess are 100% backing me. I highly recommend anyone that wants an agent that will promote you and back you to contact Susan and Jess. I am so happy that I made the decision to make Susan and Jess my agents :) Daniel L.

Okay...so I'm starting this off with the disclaimer that I haven't been called in for anything or…read morebooked YET....BUT this agency is great. I attended their open call a few months ago- it was very clear from the jump that Doug and his team truly care about actors and developing them. He's straightforward. This career isn't easy. And if you think it will be easy and come without hard work, you're going to be slapped in the face with reality. Especially if you're in a huge market like LA or NY. My last agency (who I will not name) was a pretty "big" agency - things started off good with them - I auditioned for a handful of commercials and even a role opposite Dean Cain....but I slowly started to feel like a small fish in a big ocean. I'd email my agents and not hear back - and have to follow up several times. I was often times stuck wondering if my agents were even submitting me and doing their job....(given....agents only make 10% commission....YOU have to do 90% of the work....constant training, professional headshots, materials etc, even self-submitting) This has not been my experience with Bailey's. This is the first agency I've been with where I feel the team actually cares about me. They're excited to chat with me. They're willing to get on the phone and game plan. They want to advise me and help me take my career to the next level. I truly feel like I am with a "team" - every project I'm submitted for, I am sent an email to let me know. I'm not stuck wondering if I'm even being submitted at all anymore. I've been in this business for several years now - I also work in sales for my day job. I can smell BS from a mile away. I've never gotten any vibe from Bailey's other than the desire to genuinely help me. When I win, they win. We are a team. And it feels great to have hardworking people on your team. Thank you Doug and Mike for truly caring about actors.

It seemed hokey but it was fun overall. We did receive the pictures promptly and were told that Cobb would be calling us to set up a photo card to promote my daughter. After that, there has been no communication except to say he'll get back to me and it's been several months. We get the picture that my daughter may not be his number one priority, but decency in communication and follow up was expected, and that we did not receive. I would not recommend this company for that reason to any one.

My experience today at this company began well, it was informative, inviting, helpful and had me really excited to have been selected to come in with the possibility of working with this company. After multiple attempts to contact me on their behalf, I decided to finally go and see what it was about... bad idea. All was great until I sat down with the gentleman to whom was suppose to set me up with a great photographer for more pictures but instead he demeaned me by his unprofessionalism. First he tried to place me with a lower grade photographer for economical reasons so he says, he assumed what would be in my price range instead of just asking me. When I questioned why he would not place me with Eric (a different photographer as the first person I spoke with had advised, which was the owner) he said because they try there best to be understanding of cost which I never asked him to be. I wanted quality and the photographer that was requested to me by the owner and not what this man thought I could afford. He then continued to use the term " people of color" when referring to models, the only two black models that he could show me. He referenced the black photographer that just graduated as "dope" as if that term was to relate with me. She came at a lower price than the other photographers therefore he felt she was the best fit for me and the only other black person in the room. And to top it all off I guess myself and the only other black person in the room didn't deserve one on one time as all the others did, I say this because everyone else received one on one time without a question but when it got down to us to people of cover he decides to ask is it okay if he spoke with both of us at the same time. And the kicker was were this man decided to tell me that he and his family had some type of African American in their family and decided it was a great idea to actually show pictures!!! Are you kidding me! I would advise modelscout to train their staff to learn how to deal with people on a professional basis and not try to relate by ethnicity or economical basis which he still perceived wrong. By the end of the night, I laughed at him and walked out. My money, beauty, intelligence, elegance and time may be better appreciated some where else.
