They had 3 beautiful rooms to show and after hearing everything we went for it and booked hacienda which was the biggest room! They were all so helpful from start to finish! I dealt with Miriam the whole year going through everything choosing decor,food, the week of gabby helped with all the questions that came with the stress of the last week! When we went in on Friday everything was set up and everything looked beautiful! Gabby went over the schedule and anything I would need help on to relay to daisy who would be my coordinator the day of! And let me tell you daisy did not disappoint! She was amazing from setting up my self serve nacho and tostiloco bar, to keeping it organized and clean, to keeping the servers on track with the night, helping to remind me what was next, and organizing the stuff in the kitchen for me to just grab and go once the night was over! To all the girls thank you for the amazing service you all have provided to make my experience amazing! Now as for my guests they were all impressed on how beautiful the venue was and I have not stopped hearing how amazing and beautiful everything was!

Overall, an amazing location for a conference with an amazing room, great selection of delicious food, and wonderful waitstaff. - Parking: plenty - they have an attached strip mall with food options if you want, but honestly their conference food was beyond my expectations - bathrooms: maintained well and kept clean throughout the day - audio: great, no issues and they provided a couple of handheld mics too - lighting & projector: great, no issues - service/waiters for empty plates: 5/5, were very stealthy and made a couple sweeps to pick up empty plates after breakfast and lunch (much better than another conference location I went to where the staff was clanging plates loudly throughout the conference) There was a drink cart set up right outside the conference room in the hall with: 1. Hot water for tea, with a selection of 5-6 teas 2. Regular Coffee and decaf 3. 3 Juice selection incl. OJ (morning only) 4. Paper cup with lid 5. Mugs and glass cups to choose from Breakfast: buffet style 1. Scrambled eggs 2. Bacon 3. Sausages 4. Assortment of pastries & muffins 5. Assortment of Fruit Lunch: buffet style, one of the best conference buffet lunches I've ever had 1. Chicken 2. Streak 3. Pasta 4. Green beans 5.     If I could give zero stars I would. Ben was hired for my daughters Quince. I didn't want to have to…read moreworry about anything on this special day. In Aug of 2017 I hired LUXE for my event the in July 2018. Below are a few of the issues * Ben said he had other events at this venue, so he would take care of the bartending, no issues. 3 days before the event he told me he couldn't get the license for the event to bartend. He thought he could get by without having the proper ABC license at a city community center? Really? We had to scramble and purchase the alcohol ourselves and then hire a separate bartender. The plan was to have a closed bar. So this caused a lot of issues and additions cost. *Ben was paid an extra fee for "special linens" for the cake,m gift and coffee tables. These were supposed to be above and beyond standard to make it look really nice. What I got instead was cheap white polyester linens. *Ben was also paid extra for a backdrop for the cake and main court table. He didn't supply the backdrop for the cake table at all, and the one he used for the main table looked awful. Bars and other items laying in the back showed up in all of our pictures, ruining them! * After going thru the venue details, Ben said he only needed an hour to prep everything before the start of the event. He then stated if he could get an extra 15 minutes it would help him out. So I paid for an extra 30 minutes to the hall. My event started at 5pm. Now after 6pm he still wasn't done setting up. It took him 2.5 hours to finish setting up. Family and friends starting helping putting linens, center pieces, and plates on the tables to help out. This was quite embarrassing. * After the event was over we had a few hours to get the facility cleaned up. If it was not done in time, I would lose my deposit. Of course this was no skin off of his back. I had to stay and have family and friends assist with the clean up otherwise this company never would have been done in time and I would be out even more money. * Some of my guest also commented that while he was setting up he was helping himself to alcohol! Very unprofessional. * When I spoke to Ben about these issues and let him know I felt I was entitled to some sort of a refund for all of these issues, as others have mentioned her became very defensive and refused and said sue me. He told me I was very ungrateful and was down right rude. He is definitely very unorganized and very unprofessional. Do not risk your precious event and day with this company, you will definitely regret it.

    My fiance found Ben at a bridal show and was so surprised by his package options, we were certain…read morethat it was too good to be true. We decided to use his services for an intimate engagement party and we now have him booked for the big day. He was very polite and punctual. He discussed all matters with us prior to and he came through on all of his promises. He was very patient with our guests and held his crew to the same standard he held himself. I never once had to ask him get something done because he was always one step ahead. Looking forward to working with him again.
