I did NOT encounter anyone rude or anyone with a full sleeve tattoo. Lol maybe they let that person go. Idk. Front desk was nice, and after I filled out the paperwork I was able to go through the door to the back. I was seen by the dental hygienist for my X-rays and teeth cleaning. He was nice and had great chair side manners. Easy kind voice. After my regular X-rays, he took me to get a pano X-ray which I've never done. Pretty interesting device that spins around. Then the doctor shows up after evaluating all X-rays and does a review and tells you what's up. Thankfully I did not have any cavities this time! However I do need implants and they have a specialist that comes in the office monthly for consultation etc. The front desk person gave me my ins breakdown and cost for all of which was helpful to have. This is an easy spot to locate since it's on the main road and by the bakery! Get a cleaning and then head to calandrai's for sweets because why not! All and all I think this place is nice and clean and definitely worth the visit.

I was incredibly nervous about making an appointment, but I chose this office because a friend highly recommended them after having a great experience with her entire family. Going in, I was convinced I was going to need major dental work. To my surprise, I didn't have any cavities or root canals, just a regular cleaning. The hygienist definitely had her work cut out for her after so many years, but she was gentle and never made me feel judged. About halfway through my cleaning, I unexpectedly had an anxiety attack and started crying. I have a longstanding fear of the dentist because of an experience I had as a child, and it all just hit me at once. I was so embarrassed. The way the staff responded is the reason I'm writing this review. They immediately stopped what they were doing, checked on me, brought me water, and gave me all the time I needed to calm down. Several of the women came in to make sure I was okay, and one of them even offered to turn on the TV to help distract me. Every single person treated me with so much kindness, patience, and compassion. Not once did I feel rushed or judged. If you've been putting off going to the dentist because of anxiety or fear, I genuinely recommend this office. They made what could have been a terrible experience feel safe and supportive, and I'm actually not dreading my next appointment. Thank you to everyone there for treating me with such genuine care. I sat on this review for several months because I was so put off by the behaviors of several of the…read morestaff but I think people need to be advised. In February 2025, I developed horrible tooth/gum pain. My previous dentist stopped taking my insurance & failed to tell me this until I called about an outrageous bill. The next dentist in my area wasn't taking patients for two weeks. I contacted this office (of oral surgery) & was told that Dr. Rannucci was on vacation but his partner oral surgeon was there & I could make an appointment. I specifically asked the young lady on the phone if he not only "pulled teeth" but if he also did general dentistry & she assured me that "he does everything" so I made my appointment. The appointment was for the next day, and early in the morning. I was there on time but imagine my surprise when I spent 20 mins of my "appointment time" listening to the hygienist (a middle aged Caucasian woman with straight dark hair mixed with gray) & the oral surgeon (believe his name is Cappetta.) talking about me & how they would not be able to handle my "care" unless it was to do an extraction. I guess they thought tooth pain made me lose my hearing also. Anyway, they called me to the window & the oral surgeon was pretty dismissive & borderline rude. There was a little back and forth because I was given false information. If he didn't do "general dentistry" and he kept saying I needed a referral. (According to my dental plan I do not need a referral to go to any practice.) why is his office staff stating he does. They wasted my time & I had to both take a day off of work AND get there for before 8am. Ultimately he suggested I go to my old dentist and get a referral but ended up giving me the name of two dentists in my plan that I could call & telling me that after I see them, if I need oral surgery I can "come back here". They couldn't even give me the courtesy of calling those dentists and seeing if they could squeeze me in, due to my high level of pain. I ended up leaving because there was nothing else to do. Also I want to mention that the day I made the appointment I was told I HAD to give a $100 deposit just to see them. Which I did but I made them refund my money. All the while the young lady at the reception desk did my refund request she was smirking. This review may have never happened if I hadn't spoken to my best friend and she tell me she ALSO had a poor customer experience with this office and that same surgeon. She also knows of two additional people that experienced the same. So clearly, this is a pattern. I would sincerely recommend thinking long and hard about coming here unless you like to be mishandled by a doctors office. Sort of a buyer beware situation This is why I do not and would never recommend this office.
