Very relaxing massage. I definitely fell asleep halfway through it. Got a Groupon And was able to schedule an appointment within a day or two. I was having severe pain in my lower back, I was in a desperate need to get my muscles loosened up. The whole place was absolutely spotless, so clean that I felt super safe. The front Dess lady was extremely nice, and made a massage therapist came out right away to greet me. She asked me where was I experienced pain so that she can focus on those areas. Dr Scott takes his time to address your specific aches and pains so it not just a routine adjustment that does not hit the trouble spots. He will take the time to listen, adjust and check to make sure you feel less pain or painfree if possible by the time you leave. He is also a positive and enjoyable doctor to visit. When I walked in, the vibe was a little off, not very friendly so I already started off with reservations. I had Tami and I told her all of my issues and what I wanted her to focus on. Boy, did she deliver!! I wanted her to focus on my neck and upper body and she literally did just that. The massage was perfect! I am a spoiled picky person when it comes to massages. She was good!! I am considering being a member which is a pay as you go program where you pay $30 for a complimentary exam, chiropractic adjustment and discounted massage and adjustment services. The only thing I think needs improvement is the "welcome" first impression. Smiles and being genuinely sweet and welcoming goes a long way. This is a very nice place. Clean, modern decor, upbeat vibe all the way. I have had couple of ladies now and while very different styles, they were both great. Prices are fair. My only issue, (notice I did not say "complaint") is that some therapists come in 5 minutes after the start time and leave 10 minutes before it's over, so really an hour can be only 45 minutes, etc.. Not a big deal and not a constant, but a couple minutes on the front end and couple minutes on the back end is plenty since most people come in dressed only in a Tshirt and gym shorts. I've been coming once a month for almost a year now. The therapists are all great, I've had Kei, Ashley, Drew, Tami, Carrie, and Keimonte (Blue). I've always had wonderful massages. Josh (I think that's his name? the afternoon front receptionist is really friendly and always smiling). I had to take away a star because the daytime receptionist (female) is unwelcoming, unfriendly and quite rude whether on the phone or in-person. I've encountered her a few times and it's always the same, so it can't be written off as "just having a bad day". And the other thing is, if you have a 1hr appointment with certain therapists, it tends to be more like 50min because the previous appointment has gone overtime but mine always end on time. It's a bit of a pet peeve if I feel that I don't get my full allotted time. read more

I really enjoyed the atmosphere; it was quiet and relaxing and I felt very comfortable. Ownership is solid, Josh and the front desk staff are friendly and thorough in scheduling and making things run smooth. I've had a few of their therapists, all were very good, but Drew is especially great. I work out and need stretching and lengthening, Drew excels in this modality. Be ready for deep pressure and intensity, but very therapeutic. Rates are fair, especially at member rates. This place is god awful. I have come here a few times thinking it may be a massage therapist having an "off" day or just the therapist being piss poor, but others were better. Nope. They are all consistently bad. I am saddened those giving higher stars never received a good massage! Not only is the techniques used the type a kindergartner would perform, but often they are yawning throughout (I'm looking at you, Tami!), the vrooms are way too cold, and communication fails. This is the most unprofessional place I've ever experienced. My masseuse cancelled on me and they called me 15 minutes before my appointment to tell me. I live 30 minutes away and was driving. When I showed up the front desk just said sorry we can't get you an appointment. That was it. I stood there like an idiot without him trying to accommodate at all. Not worth your time. Pretty great. I had a Groupon for a 90 minute massage and it was expiring soon, hence the need to use it quickly. I was easily able to book an appointment online and they sent reminder emails making sure I would be able to make it. It's located in an office complex near my house and it shares a space with a chiropractor's office. A lot of the spots in the lot are reserved (all the covered ones) so be careful not to park in them. I came in and was greeted expectantly and I filled out a paper with some general information and signed it. I didn't have to wait long until my masseuse, Candace, came out. I was led to the room and got ready. There was some soothing music playing and it helped set the tone. It was a wonderful massage; she was really thorough and targeted all areas: neck, shoulders, back, glutes, thighs, calves and feet. Even a little scalp massage. The second half, Candace used some simple coconut oil which was nice. It's not exactly relaxing, at least not for me since I hold a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, but it does feel good to get some of the kinks worked on. Once again, the best part of the whole thing for me is the foot massage. They provide water for you in the beginning and at the end which is good; it gets dry in the room and you get thirsty from being worked on. They offer a plan where you pay $30 for the year and the massages are discounted. It's a pay as you go plan, so they don't keep your credit card information on file and you can come as often as you please. If I were to come back, I'd consider doing this to save some money. read more
