Mike had to design the porch roof to match our house. When they finished it looked like the porch had always been there!! We recommended them to our family who had Window Depot install huge replacement windows. What a difference! Again...excellent quality. The crew doesn't leave until the homeowner is satisfied and the job site is cleaned up. Friendly, hardworking crew. They took extra time to make sure our kids were fully informed about the window operation and the curing time of the caulk. I recommend Window Depot highly. The quality of their product is top notch. After leaving a negative review, they decided to contact me again. They said they were going to help me this time and order some samples for us to see. When we went to the store and decided on the samples we might have wanted, they said they would send out a salesman. Five minutes before he was supposed to be there, they called and said he was sick, which I could understand him not making the appointment. But you would have thought they would have scheduled another person to come see us or make another appointment. I don't know how their window department is, but their siding department is terrible.

Over the years, we have hired two different companies who both promised results, ie a dry yard, both epic fails with us wasting $11k in total! I had very little hope this time when I began to call around. The fist company that actually answered the phone was Jason at AB. He was polite and exhibited a deep knowledgeable and understanding of yard drainage. He scheduled the quote and was on time later that evening. Within the first 10 minutes of the walk of shame through our disaster of a yard, he came up with a permanent solution that was different than the previous two failed attempts. I did not share with him that this was attempt lucky number three. I did ask him though why his solution was different than the two other "suggestions" that I received previously. His thorough answers sold me on hiring his company, and boy am I grateful that I did!!! It has been two years since they installed our custom french drain system, we have had a hundreds flood type rains since that would usually leave our yard looking like Meander Resevoir! To my complete surprise there is not ONE single pool of standing water (which is super impressive since the grass hasn't even grown in yet!). My family is looking forward to enjoying the front and back yard this summer for the first time in over a decade! My only regret is that I did not find AB Drain sooner! This guy is the real deal DRAIN WHISPERER!!! They backed up every word that came out of his mouth, which is also quite impressive might I add since he is very meticulous and detail oriented! If you are reading my review and are contemplating whether to hire Jason and AB Drain, I can personally attest that if they were able to dry up our disaster of a yard, they will be able to dry yours up too, without a doubt in my mind! Gutters jammed up causing leaks elsewhere along the house. Come up with one price, send 17 y/o amish kids who don't know crap to do 'work.' Their "boss" charged an extra $300 for travel !?!?!?
