I contacted Angel Diaz 6/4/25 to discuss, and he indicated he would come out and take a look that evening. He did not, nor did he come out 6/5. He then texted me 6/6 asking when was a good time to come out only to no-show no call that as well. He then failed to respond to multiple texts. Called him again 6/11 and he said he'd be out that evening only to no-show/no-call once again. Called him again 6/12. Angel made a point of reminding me he had not provided a contract or itemized invoice for his services (which he offered a discount for, so he could later claim he had no obligation), then provided a litany of excuses why he hadn't fulfilled his promises to inspect the issue. Instead of paying Mr. Diaz for his services flush your money down the toilet, find a new company, and save yourself the trouble.

US Pride did a wonderful job on our front sidewalk and patio. From the very beginning everyone we…read morewe were in contact with was prompt straight forward and honest. They helped us decide what was the best option for us and completed the job very quickly. They even came out to fix one spot that we didn't like with out hesitation or question. The only thing we thought was odd was when they came to the house to get the payment. We thought we would mail it but she wanted it right then. Not a huge deal for us but we've never done that before. We are very happy with the end product. It is a beautiful stamped concrete patio and sidewalk.

Had a referral to use Mike and his company for a roof replacement several years ago. Showed up and…read morepromised the job would be done right and in a timely manner. It took his crew TWO MONTHS to install a small home steel roof. During that time we had several leaks and the crew leader shook it off saying "I have insurance" as if to say "not my problem we cannot keep a schedule or install roofing correctly". Called Mike several times to get this corrected and the crew showed up at my house upset because I called their boss! Mike had also promised some "gift cards" to make up for the inconvenience (never saw them, was happier to see the crew finally leave). And lastly, we are still having issues with our porch roof leaking and they never bothered to even email, phone concerning the issue. My advice from our experience is to steer clear of this contractor at all costs!

I was totally impressed with the prep work: milling and cleanup. They even considered my requests to eliminate areas that had pooling after storms when they prepped before laying a beautiful smooth layer of asphalt. I would recommend them to anyone considering an asphalt driveway.

My experience with Iron Eagle was extremely disappointing. I hired the company to resurface my…read moredriveway and specifically discussed drainage, slope, and elevation concerns before the work began because my home and garage had remained dry for 100 years. I was assured the driveway would be properly graded away from the garage and foundation areas. After the work was completed, I experienced cracking, drainage problems, vegetation through the asphalt, and water intrusion toward my garage and basement areas. The asphalt elevation near the garage was significantly higher than before, changing the drainage pattern around my home. I contacted the company multiple times regarding the problems and provided photographs. Responses were inconsistent, delayed, or ultimately stopped altogether. What should have been a straightforward home improvement project became a lengthy and stressful dispute. One important lesson from my experience is to be very careful about payment method. In my case, I paid cash and did not have the consumer protections that would have existed with a credit card if workmanship disputes later arose. After researching further, I was concerned to find other customer reviews describing similar issues involving drainage, grading, workmanship concerns, and difficulty obtaining follow-up service after payment was made. My advice to homeowners is to get every promise in writing, carefully document slope and drainage expectations before work begins, inspect the work after the first rainfall, and use payment methods that provide consumer protection.
