He said it ran when I left the shop and he was too busy to help me. That knucklehead told me to go buy a $3 bottle of Heat at Auto Zone.... and put it in the gas it cleared everything up. Why didn't he put the Heat in the gas to ensure his customer didn't have a problem? ($3.00) He charged me $680 but if I gave him cash, it was only $630 (Never gave me a receipt) Save yourself a headache of having to deal with this crap

Absolutely atrocious customer service…read more I order an overlay part (attaches over a grille) the product is clearly defective and not molded correctly to fit the original manufacturer grille. I brought this up to customer service and wanted to setup a return. I expected to just Get a return label so I could send it back. Instead, I receive the most disrespectful response that I have ever received from any company ever. Making all sorts of false accusations. Now I will have no choice to file a charge back as the company is unwilling to setup a simple return, I suspect this is because they are using drop shipping and non3 of the products actually come from them, from what it seems, based on where this product was sent from.
