This place is such a hidden treasure. $8 personal pizza with unlimited toppings(LIKE ACTUALLY) cooked right in front of you. This seems like such a genius concept for a franchise honestly. And the food was delicious. No complaints at all it was fresh and quality. Freddy and his team were so friendly. Loved this place and loved the people who worked there. As you know with my previous reviews, I'm a stickler for good customer service and the folks here were spot on. As someone else mentioned, they were extremely friendly and very patient as I fumbled through my first order. I got a small pizza and it was enough to fill me up. Stopped by on way home from Six Flags. This is now one of my new favorite pizza places! So many good things I can say about the restaurant: -price is same no matter how many toppings -lots of good toppings to choose from (even exotic like asiago cheese, roasted red peppers, pesto base sauce, fresh rosemary, etc) -the milkshakes are soooo good & rich -they sell beer/wine -staff is very friendly Only downside is the crust. Not the best since its so thin and soft, almost like a tortilla, but all the tasty ingredients definitely outweigh the fact the crust isn't all that great. Ate here and I have to say I was impressed. The pizza was tasty and had a lighter feel to it. Didn't make me feel too full afterwards which was perfect. Staff seemed friendly and responsive. The only constructive criticism was that it seemed a little confusing with who was doing what with the staff. Overall it's good. I recommend trying this if you're in the area and are craving pizza. This is THE place to get pizza after Magic Mountain. You can customize any pizza with tons of different toppings and they cook it for you so quickly and So fresh! I always get a Cheese pizza with white sauce, Feta / Mozzarella / Asiago Cheese and Mushrooms, but you can customize it anyway you want. They so many different toppings and salad options too. I love the thin crust. You can have as many toppings as you'd like. Veggies,meats different kinds of cheese, I recommend the pesto sauce with garlic sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, olives, pepperoni and the balsamic dressing. It use to be called Oliva I think. read more

Been here twice. Once about a year ago and it was great. Didn't Yelp it then. Came again this past Labor Day because we were in the area, and again it was just great. The service was super friendly, lots of smiles and the place was really clean. I love the decor here. Rustic and lots of wood and earth tones. Just comfortable and relaxing. The outdoor dining area looks really inviting and if it had not been as hot as hades outside, we would have definitely tried it out. The pizza was fast, and the crust was nice and crisp. I love the "mini" pizza they offer, it is perfect for folks with small children. All the ingredients on our pizzas seemed fresh and they didn't skimp on anything. We have been to other "fast fired" pizza joints, and Mod is our fave. Seems like they are able to keep the crust from getting soggy, something I find Blaze and Project Pie have trouble with. Went here for the first time today we almost left cause we weren't sure if we really wanted some crappy pizza . Decided to stay and check it out. the staff was very friendly right off the bat explained how it all goes down. Ordered 2 pizzas one salad and garlic bread Everything was delicious and didn't take long either . That's a bonus cause I've got 2 small kids under 5. Pleasantly surprised with my first ever order from MOD pizza... it isn't bad at all! Ordered a 11 inch Dillon James pizza (toppings listed in photo) and their Green Goddess BLT salad. The pizza is just the right size to share for lunch. For those that prefer thin crust, this is your jam. Yes, it isn't Zeus's gift to humanity great, but for the very affordable price it's pretty darn good. You can have as many extra toppings as you want for free. They have a variety of sauces that you can mix and match, as well as drizzled toppings like the pesto drizzle in my photo. Honestly the crust lacks in flavor, they could approve on that. They do have a thicker crust option as well. I really loved the green goddess salad and dressing. I appreciate the fact that they don't use iceberg lettuce like other pizza places. The salad was full of romaine and healthy, filling mixed greens. Again you can add as many toppings as you like without extra charges. The pickled red onion was interesting tasting but I'll opt for regular next time. The dressing is really good and in my opinion, better than paneras green goddess dressing. On a scale of 1-10, the pizza was a 6.5 (I couldn't taste the garlic or basil) and the salad was a 10! read more

Wow. This place has gotten disgustingly horrible within the span of months. I have been a regular customer since opening, and after my two most recent visits, I will never return. Not only has this place become a filthy mess, but they are severely understaffed. And the staff they do have are confused, incompetent oafs whom are more concerned with their cell phones and talking about what they did last night than paying attention to customers. Tonight, it took thirty minutes for me to get my two pizzas, and salad. Not only was my salad wilted and riddled with sour tasting mushrooms, but my two pizzas were blackened and burnt to a crisp. When I asked to speak with someone in charge, I was told the manager was out on a smoke break, and I could wait or just come back tomorrow. I don't know what's happened to Mod Pizza, but I would rather choke on a .99¢ fast food burger than give Mod another dime. Bring back all of your old amazing employees who knew what they were doing!!! The employees who knew me by name and cared about their jobs, and took pride in their work. What a great quick serve restaurant. I waivered between 4 and 5 stars. Staff is very outgoing and friendly. They explain the concept and seem really excited to be at work - got to love that. The pizzas are flat bread style and you have a choice of sauce (white, red, pesto, etc), then choose your cheese, and toppings. As good as that looked, I opted for the mod salad. Same thing, you choose the types of greens, then choose all the ingredients. Super fresh. Nice lunch for about $10, including drink. It's fast too. We were in a rush and got in and out in 30 minutes. While eating - two workers stopped by to ask if we needed anything and how the meal was tasting. Nice - especially for a restaurant without wait service. Super casual vibe with upbeat music. Worst service ever. I ordered for curbside pick up and I got there on time and called them 5 times to get my order taken to me. There was jot answer at all and when I went in to get my order they did not apologize. As I was walking out I saw that they delivered the food to another car that arrived after me.
