By far one of my favorite fast food restaurants! Mod has an excellent approach to pizza, the toppings are always so fresh. My only criticism is that they got stingy with the cheese. No one will die from this but extra cheese is always amazing. I have gotten to where I only get the veggies for my pizza. They are just awesome when you load them down. In town for work living that hotel life and ordered delivery on a whim because I didn't want to get out and do a carry out order somewhere nor did I feel like cooking for myself. Ordered a Mad Dog (pepperoni, sausage & beef) but added extra cheese and green bell peppers and an order of cheesy garlic bread. It was excellent! Order was delivered via Door Dash 10 mins ahead of when it was to be expected. Also a plus in my book. Overall great experience. read more

So why is there are tip line on the receipt? We found out! If you tip, they call your name when your pizza is ready. We discovered that if you don't tip for your fast food, they don't call your name. Your pizza sits on their counter until you notice that the people that were behind you in line are getting their pizzas. I would like to know - how much are you supposed to tip? Does it require a full 20% for them to call your name? Would 15% suffice? How much tip does it take to get a pizza without charred edges? We have had better service in the past. read more

The only reason I'm not giving MOD a five star review is because I have never eaten inside of MOD (my fault) and the fact that the more you order for your pizza they get stingy-er with the toppings. However, I understand logistically that you can only put so many toppings on a pizza for it to work. MOD's online ordering for pick up is insane fast. I live 5 minutes away and it's usually done by the time I get there. Easy to navigate their website and make your order. I used to love this place when it first opened. Now there is something wrong everytime I order. The amount of toppings us never the same. The person that watches to oven let's the bubbles grow so big and then pops it after all of the toppings have went to one side. Please do something to improve quality control. Had lunch and dinner here quiet a few times at MOD pizza and had a great experience every time. Sometimes the staff seems uninterested and sometimes they are overattentive and yell hello. Line moves fast unless you have someone who hasn't been there asking questions, there are express pizzas too on the wall in case you don't feel like being creative. The ingredients are fresh and the fire oven baking makes the thin crust perfect. My personal favorites are the salads, satisfying and guilt free. There should be another way to order if you want to skip the line and prefer the pre-selected pizzas. Overall a nice restaurant for a quick lunch or dinner. The WORST experience I've had at any restaurant in my life. I was delivering a doordash order that had been called in about 20 minutes before I arrived. I walked in and waited about 20 more minutes before I finally asked an employee to check up on the order, I was told that it was in the oven and would be ready in 10 more minutes. 10 minutes later, I ask the MOD employees about my doordash order and they inform me that they lost the order, and haven't started on it yet. Not only were slow and unorganized with the orders, they were rude to me the entire time I was up there and one of the employees told me that the wait time was "not their problem". What was supposed to be a quick 15 minute delivery turned into an hour long wait. read more

Was greeted by friendly staff as soon as I walked in. They were very helpful and patient while my two kids decided what they wanted. I like the different options available. Really makes it easier on me when I have two kids that have two totally different taste. Service was no only friendly but fast. The actual pizza and choice of toppings is good. Pizza is thin crust and cooked in a brick oven. What I don't understand is the pizza salad. They literally make a salad and dump It on a cheese pizza which is very weird and not that appetizing. Why not cook the crust in the oven in the shape of a bowl and put the salad in crust bowl. That would make more sense and be much more appetizing and like similar pizza places (Your Pie and Blaze) where you make your own pizza and get it "your way". read more
