Calling all pizza lovers! Mod pizza is the way to go! The staff are so friendly and awesome, and their pizza is bussing! They make it right in front of your face, with fresh ingredients! The vibe in this establishment is described very cozy and trendy and awesome, they are also playkng amazing instrumental music noise such as guitar and tambourine drum set! Will be back every day! Ok bye!

I've been to another location a few years ago and I couldn't tell you what I got but I remember it being really good! We got there at the perfect time because it was crowded as soon as we got our food. There was literally a line out the door. Everyone just got there at the same time. It was very good we got a Mod Italian chop salad as well.

I love this place. They are called by many the "subway of Pizza" but subway is low quality and Mod Pizza is not. They have quality ingredients. I usually order online and get the Gluten free crust which is thin and crispy. I load up on topping and appreciate they use nitrate free meats. 1 pizza is usually enough to feed me twice so it's a good value. They have lots of drink options as well with beer on tap, wine, milk shakes, sodas, and specialty iced teas. The staff is always so friendly too. The pizza is done quickly and you make them make it. It's my new favorite pizza place in the area

First time at this place. I really like that I can build my own pizza. I got a mushroom, spinach, artichoke pizza. It was delicious!

Another assembly line pizza joint and it's taken up residency in League City! For those who lack imagination (or are too tired to think), they have pizza creations that you can choose from or you can build your own. I think my 2 favorite things about MOD are: 1) They have different sizes for different appetites. 2) The crust is super thin & crispy I opted the for the Calexico but left off the gorgonzola, as it's too overwhelming for a pizza IMO. It was so super tasty and since the crust is so thin, it's not super filling. You can also do a pizza salad so that you skip the carbs. A great addition to the area!

The anticipation is over... MOD pizza is here!

However, unlike the Bojangles east of the…read moreMississippi River, the ones that are west of the Mississippi River do not have bone-in chicken. So if you're looking for a decent fried chicken sandwich or breakfast sandwich, this is a nice change from the other major chicken sandwich chain. I recommend getting the chicken, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich. This location has been open less than a week (as of today, 11.21.25) so the employees are still running slightly slow and making mistakes. But, more than likely, it will get better. Bottom line - Decent breakfast sandwiches but no bone-in chicken. 3 stars. Bon appétit, y'all.

I can't speak on the ambiance of the dining room, because this was a to-go order. Despite that the website -- based on my location -- showed bone-in chicken as an option, the lady at the drive-thru was polite in delivering the bad news. That said... This joint was out of mashed potatoes at around 6:30 on a weeknight. These are instant potatoes. Why? The mac & cheese was OK; the slaw was better than most, because the cabbage wasn't finely sliced; and the dirty rice was somewhat flavorful but gummy. If the biscuits here are "famous," it's only because they are spongy. I made better biscuits when I was a 12-year-old on a Boy Scout campout. -- The chicken strips are fine. Nothing memorable, but served fresh on my visit. The management at this location isn't the greatest. Perhaps they were having a bad day. More importantly, the person in the corporate marketing department who decided that bone-in chicken shouldn't be an option in this neck of the woods might want to collaborate with colleagues at other chicken chains that have realized great national success AND include strips on the menu. But, if you look at the history of Bojangles, you'll see that this company has passed through more hands than a deck of cards at a poker table. Good luck enjoying the offerings here.

My wife had two quesibirria tacos, my daughter had a plain quesadilla, and my son had a torta. We also ordered a large order of rolled tacos for the table. Everyone loved their food. The salsas were all also very delicious. The highlight of our meal was Julia. She was awesome in taking our order, very partied with us, and great when she brought out our food. Only recommendation is for the tables to be cleaned off more regularly. Other than that, everything was great.

Another social media find. It was the talk of the town on the Bay Area/Clear Lake foodie pages…read morewhen it opened up. It's a west coast Mexican food spot that claims they are the creators of the California burrito, which is a burrito made with fries inside. They are also known for their large portions at a very reasonable price. It opened up earlier this year in the Kemah area. They took over what was once a Sonic drive thru. I came on a Saturday morning. I expected it to be busy but not as busy as it was. You can order through the drive thru or walk inside like I did. The space inside is super small and when I was there, it was shoulder to shoulder with people trying to order and wait for their food. There's a few tables inside as well and a salsa bar which just makes it feel very crowded. With it being that busy, I wasn't expecting great customer service, but the staff took their time to explain the menu and did it with a smile. I'm a sucker for a good breakfast burrito and that is what I got. They serve their whole menu all day and even stay open until midnight. You can get their breakfast burritos with steak, machaca, ham, bacon, sausage, chorizo or even vegetarian. I went with the Crazy burrito which came with ham, bacon, sausage, potatoes, egg and cheese. I also ordered a pineapple Agua Fresca to wash it all down with. I found a little table on their patio because I wasn't about to eat a messy burrito in the car or wait to make it home to do so. As expected with how busy it was, it took awhile for the food to come out. The burrito was massive, almost the size of my forearm. I typically wouldn't cut it in half but I did so I can take a pic for the people. This thing was packed with all the ingredients listed and they did not skimp on one thing. I felt the quality of the ingredients was great too. The bacon was perfectly crisp and in larger chunks which gave the burrito some texture too. The flour tortilla was fresh and delicious as well. The Agua Fresca was just ok, it didn't wow me. On top of the breakfast options, they have combination plates, burritos, tacos, enchiladas, tortas, tostadas, and quesadillas. Overall, I thought it was well worth the drive to Kemah to try this place out and I can see myself doing it again from time to time. I will be back.
