Have eaten here on multiple occasions and it's amazing every single time! I love that they offer cauliflower crust as an option cause then you don't feel as guilty indulging lol. And just wish they offered more than one size with the cauliflower crust option. All of the employees I have encountered while dining at MOD pizza are pleasant and very upbeat! They are very helpful and are willing to give recommendations if you ask them! I love their salads and variety of sizes! I usually grab a big salad and my co-worker and I split pizza and it's more than enough! They offer several beverage options as well! They have beers, several fountain drinks to choose from and also different teas and lemonade to choose from! And they also have garlic knots and they're delicious! Worst pizza place ever !!! The service is super slow and they they run out of ingredients. They burnt my pizza and then did not do a refire until three orders behind us were done. I want to leave a 5 star rating for Mods employee, Molly! She gave me exceptional customer service, and was so professional in handling a situation I encountered while trying to order. I am recently deaf with a Cochlear Implant, so reading lips is a must for me, but very challenging with everyone wearing a mask. Another employee was taking my order, and I asked if she could lower her mask so I could understand her. She refused, and I told her it is one of the exclusions in the mask mandate for CA. It was a frustrating and awkward moment, as the employee wasn't going to help me out. At that moment, Molly stepped in and said, let me take care of this. She was so professional in handling the situation. She didn't create a scene with her fellow employee, and she went above and beyond to help me. I was really impressed and then she informed us, she was covering our meal, and we would not be charged. That wasn't necessary, be I was so impressed by her. Molly has what it takes to be a lead employee. We love Mod Pizza, and Molly's pretty awesome! read more

I posted an earlier review that wasn't very good, when they first opened. I thought I'd give them another try, because friends said that they got better...and they have. This has now become my favorite Pizza place. I've tried several different pizzas, and they have all been great! Fast, flavorful, and tasty crunchy crust. They also have a $2 Tuesday beer special, and I really like their Citrus Blonde Brew. They won me over...which is a hard thing to do! read more

I had dinner at Mod Pizza for the first time. I was so impressed with the friendly, professional & knowledgeable customer service and the variety of items on the menu. We were greeted by Michelle who explained in detail the menu and process of ordering. Not only was she very knowledgeable about the menu items but was quick & efficient in starting the preparation of our pizzas & salads all with a big smile. We received our food in a timely manner and it was very tasty & delicious. Been to this new location twice now. Both time on Sunday for lunch. We love it. The pizza is great and the salads are awesome! The employees are so friendly! As some of the other reviewers stated it can be a little slow if there is a line. I subtract a star for that and the fact that they could do a better job wiping down the tables. read more

The crew was very attentive Lena was doing a great job keeping crew motivated everyone had smiles and that is nice. Ordered pizza to go n all four were wrong. One of the small pizzas was more like 4" n was a weird oval shape. My 11" had only one little piece of chicken on it. Just ate at Mod Pizza. It was great ! Paris (pizza maker) cooked our Pizza to perfection not burnt and not raw , but just right. Unlike Pieology which routinely burns the edges of the pizza. From now on I will only eat Pizza at Mod Pizza read more

Don't listen to the bad reviews. Basically if you think your pizza sucks its your fault. You create your own pizza with unlimited toppings so if you don't like it blame yourself and make a pizza that you will like next time. Its like going to a buffet and saying the plate you got was not good, well.... you are the one who chose those items. Tried for the first time and got light red sauce, garlic, mozzarella, pepperoni, mushroom with artichoke, red onion and roasted garlic. Delicious! Great job MOD. When I went in around 530pm and it was busy but the line still moved nicely and I was served in a timely manner. All the staff was very polite and I watched the process from start to finish and did not see any food handler violations. Will be back for sure. read more

Really nice pizza place that puts it's own twist on the popular build-your-own pizza trend. The prices are great for what you get. The atmosphere is lively, and the employees are very friendly. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. Even throughout eating I was approached by an employee who made it a point to make sure I was taken care of. Overall it was a great experience, would definitely recommend.
