I ordered a sports team hoodie from D&M graphics. The placement of the numbers and last name on the…read moreback of the hoodie were not positioned correctly. I brought it to the companies attention and the solution they came up with was to remove the letters and numbers and reset it correctly, BUT a sticky substance would most likely be in the areas where the original numbers and letters were placed. I'm sorry, but nobody wants to wear a sticky sweatshirt! The girl at the front desk is basically the "gatekeeper" to the owner. I asked to speak to the owner/manager several times and asked for a return phone call 2xs and no return phone call. I am lucky that I am only out $45. I can't imagine if I had a large order and was out thousands! Stay away or order at your own risk! They have zero customer service.
