Her massage helped the muscles in my back loosen up and a lot of the pain and discomfort left. I have had many massages over the last 15 years or so and no one has ever took the care she did, using a heating pad on my back. I definitely recommend her to anyone, young and old. I am 62 years old.

I was in the area on vacation when I injured my back. I was fortunate to find a local chiropractor…read morewho was willing to work on me but I needed the extra benefit of massage as well. I was fortunate and thankful to get an appointment on short notice here. I had hoped for two hours or more of treatment but was told 90 minutes was the max. I was also told 90 minutes would be sufficient. It really isn't enough for me.... I have a long history of back issues and I am a regular massage recipient. Additionally, the massage pressure was lacking as I could have used considerably more. If you are in the market for a comfortable, good feeling massage I would absolutely recommend this place. On the other hand, if you are looking for a deeper more therapeutic massage, it would probably be wise to look elsewhere.

A great spa. Went for my mother in law's 80th birthday…read morecelebration and it was so nice being with some of the ladies in our family for a fun spa day. The staff were so nice and helpful. Walked around any corner and there was someone who greeted you and to answer any questions or help you with any needs or even hand you a fresh smoothie. My service was great and my provider was amazing and listen to all of my needs. I have had a lot of broken bones so spas aren't always great for me. The spa itself was very clean. Loved the salt water pool indoors, so none of that chlorine I am going to pass out smell or feeling here. Wish they would update the shower curtains to something else. A little dated compared to everything else but that also could just be a me thing. Regardless 5 stars. Would 100 recommend if you are in Pinehurst. Thank you for making my mother in law feel so special for her big day.

I am extremely frustrated with how this situation has been handled and the complete lack of…read morefollow-up from management. Over a month ago, I spoke with the location manager regarding my large balance of unused prepaid massages and requested that this issue be escalated to the district manager. Despite being told someone would contact me, I have never received a return call or any meaningful follow-up. I explained that due to the repeated appointment cancellations over the past several months, I have accumulated far more massages than I can reasonably use within the 60-day cancellation window tied to account termination. I have made multiple good-faith attempts to use the services I already paid for by scheduling appointments, only to have many of them canceled by your staff. During my earlier conversation with management, I discussed transferring massages to friends as a potential solution so that the prepaid services would not go to waste. However, when I called today to arrange transfers, I was informed there is a limit of only one transfer per month. At that rate, it would be impossible for me to use or transfer the nearly thousand dollars' worth of prepaid massages remaining on my account before they expire. At this point, I feel trapped into either: * Continuing a membership I no longer wish to maintain, or * Losing a substantial amount of money for services I already paid for but was repeatedly unable to receive due to cancellations outside of my control. This is unacceptable customer service for a member of over 10 years. I am requesting immediate intervention from district management and a reasonable resolution, but cannot get a response.
