She actually cut me with the file, and when I instinctively pulled my hand back, she snapped at me to "stay still." No apology, no concern -- just attitude. To make things worse, I found out Sun and his wife are no longer there, which explains the decline in service and overall atmosphere. This used to be my go-to spot, but unfortunately, it's not the same anymore. Never again -- I'll be finding a new salon.
