When Edie is unavailable Brooke makes sure she gets a message to her that either I stopped in or I called and I get a call back at her earliest convenience,which is in 24 hours. They have done our taxes for the business I work for and also my personal taxes and I have referred many more people to them and always hear the same great things and am thanked for doing so. I think some of the reviews about OUTRAGE, concerning bringing in small kids to appointments, are really ridiculous! Just like other businesses that you generally DO NOT bring small children to, (ie. The IRS, DMV, Dentist, Doctor, or job interview, a tax appointment is no different!!! Their office is quite small, & appointments are closely scheduled back to back being TAX SEASON! Cliff & his staff need to be able to concentrate on their client's taxes as they file them, without mistakes & attention to detail. It is not the business's responsibility to expect staff there, to act like a makeshift daycare!!! As any of these disgruntled parents might be reading this, you are already aware, filing taxes can take some time, & by bringing small children to a tax appointment, you purposely delay other appointments that people have that are waiting, simply because you can't or don't want to hire a babysitter! It is not like you haven't experienced challenges with childcare before.
