I've only been here an hour. Front desk person was very nice. The hotel has definitely seen better…read moredays. Room is very clean-however ! it smells awful! It's on the second floor, how does it smell so musty! I'm very sensitive to smells. It's actually nauseating. The window only opens a couple inches so getting fresh air in isn't possible. Only a couple tv stations that I can find and no instructions for it. So far only two stars. If it didn't stink I'd overlook the shabbiness as the room appears spotless. Perhaps they could air out the rooms when no one is in them. If I had the proper screwdriver I'd do it myself! Update: I switched rooms and it smells fine! The manager was very helpful and she gave me instructions for the tv. (She couldn't get it working either , so possibly the tv). I updated to four stars.

Very disappointed with our stay. The room smelled terrible--a mix of mildew and cigarette smoke. I specifically called before booking to confirm it was open and fully accessible because that was the main reason we chose this hotel. We were in town for both a wedding and a funeral, and while I attended the funeral, my husband planned to take our young daughters swimming. At check-in, we were told the pool wouldn't open until 3:00 p.m., making it unavailable for us. To make matters worse, my husband and daughters went to the complimentary breakfast after my youngest had awoken only to find it was closing at 9:00. They missed breakfast and, without the rental car, had no way to get food until I returned around noon. We should have double-checked the hours, but 9:00 a.m. feels unusually early for a hotel breakfast. The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because the woman at the front desk (8/2/26) was incredibly kind and accommodated our request for an early check-in after our 3.5-hour drive so we could get ready for the wedding. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again or recommend it.

Love love love this place. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. I felt staff got along well…read morewith each other and looked out for one another on each shift. Kitchenette was fully equipped with everything you could need. We needed a larger pot for chili and front desk had one in their inventory. No pressure to return it after usage. The closet in the room held a ton of luggage comfortably and made the room spacious after arrival. Breakfast was good. Not once did I see items not available day after day. I like to get a little creative with my breakfast. There's lots of toppings for your oatmeal, waffle maker, pork sausage patties & turkey links, bacon, frittata, boiled eggs, salsa, condiments, breads, cold cereal, juices, coffee with flavored creamers, butter, peanut butter, jelly, and cream cheese. There's soy milk, skim, whole milk, and yogurt. Room was exceptionally clean. I didn't see any bugs inside the room nor any used items from prior guests. Only spiders outside the window at night but hey they're outside living their lives. There's a heated pool which a lot of guests were thrilled to used during fall months. There's a small outdoor sitting area with firepit. Convenience food available 24/7 to purchase and complimentary coffee in the breakroom. 24/7 Gym is equipped with fresh towels, antibacterial wipes, hand sanitizer, weighing scale, water refill for your tumbler, flatscreen TV, 1 Peloton, 5 treadmills, free weights, mats, stretch training bungees, and medicine balls. Guests self-laundry is $4 for washing and $4 for drying. Cleaning staff is friendly, very thorough, and fast. Maintenance guy was cool and made a few repairs for us next morning after requesting that evening. Book here and enjoy the views of the ponds on both sides of the hotel. Get comfy ...Hospitality exists here.

Dog friendly though so that was kinda cool. Bed was comfy but no real view at this hotel , just looking at a highway. Free parking.

Needed a room for a short stay. Hotel located right off highway. Hotel had some new updates,…read moreoutdated aspects, and some old charm. The breakfast had a big spread of Portuguese sausage, sautéed potatoes, BYO Waffle, cereal, breads, and only coffee with milk. The sausage was good but I could tell some guests didn't favor the spicy potatoes. The sausage and potatoes were either overcooked or sitting for a while for the last hour of serving time. A few sausage pieces were added in for last few people coming down. Carpet in hallway was dark and appeared aged. Elevator had some kinks in it going up and down. The hallways were freezing and vents blew out what seem like outdoor air. You felt like you required a coat stepping out your room. Someone complained the next morning and the heat was set to max. You immediately felt a difference. Some staff spoke and some were there because they had to be. I loved the fireplace both in the lobby and in the room. It's a nice cozy just to unwind each evening or even at holiday season. It releases heat too. Suite felt comfortable. Tubs had been touched up with paint throughout the years. Closet space was good. Room appeared clean but thought differently the next morning after hearing something fall behind my bed and conversing with my sibling about her experience prior night. My sister said one of her pillow wreaked men's cologne. I had a pair of shears to fall behind my bed. There were also plastic rose petals back there. A large toothpick behind the nightstand and a washcloth (used or not!?) behind the TV in my room. The highway was directly across our room but the shade and heat blocked the noise as much as it could. Some people drive like it's a raceway. Concerns were brought up to front desk and clerk apologized made steps to make things better. **Overall rating 3.3 stars**
