If you are looking for a mommy make over or just some revisions... this is the one and only doctor…read moreyou should be seeing, he is kind caring and absolutely amazing his bedside manner is one of a kind and has a heart of gold. To me that's huge, you rarely find that these days anywhere! I have so far had two surgeries with him and will never go anywhere else!!! I am having a third surgery and cannot wait not just for the surgery but dealing with Dr. Tehrani himself, not only do I love this doctor for all that he dose and have done for me but also his staff is amazing and very supportive and personal to all his patients. Here's a stronger version that emphasizes your concerns while staying factual and credible. Reviews…read moretend to have more impact when they focus on specific experiences rather than insults. I had a very disappointing experience in the emergency room. What concerned me the most was that my sanitation concerns were completely dismissed. When I was given an IV, it was started at the nurse check-in station where there was a computer, keyboard, mouse, and paperwork. Instead of using a clean tray or sterile surface, the IV supplies including the needle packaging, alcohol wipes, and other items were placed directly on the counter. I expressed that I did not feel this was sanitary. I acknowledged that the supplies themselves were sterile, but pointed out that the counter, keyboard, and mouse are high-touch surfaces that are not sterile. Rather than addressing my concern or using a cleaner setup, I was simply told that I would "be fine." My concern was dismissed instead of taken seriously, which left me feeling unheard and uncomfortable. I also questioned why I was receiving an IV before the doctor had even determined what was wrong with me. The nurse said she was just following orders and couldn't answer my question. Shortly afterward, I was offered morphine before I had even been given a diagnosis. I declined because I wanted to understand what was causing my pain first. Despite saying no, I was asked again if I was sure. Given the seriousness of the opioid crisis, I found it concerning how quickly a powerful opioid was offered before any explanation of my condition. To make matters worse, I only saw the doctor once, yet I still received a large hospital bill for an experience that left me feeling ignored, unheard, and concerned about basic infection control practices. Patients should never have to argue for what they believe are reasonable sanitation standards, nor should their concerns be brushed aside. This experience seriously damaged my confidence in the quality of care provided at this emergency room.

Everyone he does surgery on needs a second or third surgery. He does something while doing surgery…read moreso that you will have to have another one. He is a cash cow for your insurance. Everyone I met while doing physical therapy had to have a second surgery. Every patient had to have a second surgery. My carpal Tunnel surgery hand Hurst worse since I had surgery I'm sure he did something so that I would need another surgery. Find another doctor.

I broke my wrist earlier this year. After going to St. Mary's ER, the doctor said I needed surgery…read moreand referred me to Dr. Pathi. Dr. Pathi assured me that my wrist would be "100 %" after surgery and physical therapy. This could not be further from the truth. He completed my surgery incorrectly and disfigured my wrist. I needed a plate and screws, he put them on top of my wrist, they should have been underneath. I needed bone grafting, he said he did that, I'm not to sure that he did. My wrist was dislocated from my hand and was starting to veer to the left. He offered to do a second surgery to remove the plate and screws and to shave the bone down on my wrist KNOWING IT WAS WRONG! SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS! If I could post my phone number to help YOU. I would. I went through so much pain both physically and mentally with the surgery that he did. I consulted two other very competent surgeons that specialize in the hand and wrist and they were both astonished at how my wrist looked. I chose one of those surgeons, and TWO SURGERYS LATER, my wrist is on it's way to recovering the correct way. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this surgeon. He is incompetent of doing invasive surgery's. Last but not least, his office staff is rude. I was told I couldn't have a copy of MY x-rays because of HIPA laws. THEY'RE MY X-RAYS! I asked for a copy of the paperwork that I had filled out and signed. No response. The customer service with his staff and the incomitance of Dr. Pathi himself is shocking to say the least. If you need a competent surgeon for upper extremities (hand to shoulder), call Dr. Rose in Newport Beach. He is amazing.
