I found a number of dresses I really liked and was so happy to finally find the one! I couldn't commit immediately and they were very understanding. They took pictures for me (which apparently some stores do not allow) and talked me through the whole process. When it cane to ordering, I was so scared because it was 5 months before my wedding and most bridal salons told me that I was a fool for waiting so long! Here, they confirmed that I had plenty of time. Some of their dresses were available for preorder and could arrive as early as two months later while even if my size wasn't in preorder, it would arrived more than a month before my wedding. I ended up ordering it and they called less than a month later to say it had arrived. Nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. Trust me-- this is the best place to get a dress!

I met my sons girlfriend in tears last friday because she did not have a check I paid the check and we get the dress. I was with both her and her mom when they tried on the dress and paid deposit and NEVER told or circled the security check. When she gets home and trues on the dress after she had been fitted for the dress, it is nowhere near correct. The strap on the dress had been altered do much she could not get it on. Her mom had to fix it herself. The dress appeared to not have been cleaned and a few other issues as well. Customer Service is not a strong skill at thus shop and Mrs Marty is the worst by far.

Came here today to see what I could find. This is a good sized store and there really is a ton of…read morestuff. Pretty well organized but a little haphazard. The items seemed to be in good shape. They have a large selection of pretty much everything, even formal wear if you are looking for something for a special event. Lots of shoes too. The store is in a good location off the road so it is easy to pull in and out. Ample parking. Staff was nice and not pushy so I liked that. I was able to browse and look through everything. My only complaint here is pricing. Everything seemed to be priced too high in my opinion. They had nice stuff but let's face it, it's still used. And unlike other consignment shops where the price drops after the item has been there awhile, the prices here stay the same even though there are different color tags on the item. No wonder they have so much inventory! I definitely would have picked up a few things if I felt like I was getting a deal but the few things I liked would have cost me over 100 dollars. For me, the whole fun of shopping at these places is to get some great clothes at a great price. If you don't mind spending the money, they have a good selection of items and you should have no trouble finding a few things here to add to your wardrobe.

When I scheduled an appointment to pick up unsold items, they returned my items that had not reached the deadline for pickup. On another occasion, I dropped off designer items and when I inquired about the money from the item I was told I had missed the deadline and the item was donated . I don't believe that to be true. They had remarked how much they loved the item at drop off. I believe they kept the item . Just suspect that I never saw my items either times on the sales floor. Of course I paid the $10 fee , their gain, my loss, and picked up my items. BTW some still had the original tags on them, I had never worn the items. Purchased from high end stores. Disappointed.
