Rack Room Shoes really came through for a shoe disaster I had. I had ordered a pair of shoes from…read moreanother site thinking I would get them in time. Come to find out they were experiencing shipping delays due to the carrier's end (work shortage and wildfires...according to them). And boy did I needed some shoes bad. I look everywhere and no one even seem to have the shoe I want or an option to do curbside pick up because I can't go in the stores and being in contact with crowds like I used to. When Rack Room Shoes popped up in my search engine and I saw immediately they did curbside pick up. I was so excited and I was actually to get a much cuter shoe than what I originally ordered. Then they had a buy one get one 50% off, so I was able to treat myself to another pair of shoes which was much less than the shoes I bought in the first place. They were very quick to send a notification that my order was rrsgot to get them curbside, the only thing is the parking was pretty crazy which I understand at this location, but it's not the store's fault. I was really appreciative of one of the associates was kind enough to bring the shoes outside to me regardless because I wasn't parked in a designated spot. You all really made my birthday special for that act of kindness, cute variety of shoes, and great deals! Thank you!!!

They had a decent selection of men's sandals and he managed to find some that fit in fairly short order. They were running a BOGO sale, so he was able to order a second pair of the same shoes to be shipped to our house (no additional charge) at the 50% off price -- certainly better than driving around to some other store! The store seemed pretty well organized, and the ladies working were friendly and helpful, which made it about as painless as shoe shopping with a man can be. The Chuck E. Cheese is next door so there was some weird thumping and bumping from their games, but that's not exactly under their control. The annoyance of navigating Midtown Village parking aside, I wouldn't hesitate to return here.

To be honest, I had never heard of this place. However, I met someone who told me about it. As a…read morefan of classic kicks and vintage apparel, needless to say, I was intrigued. I finally made it down there a few days ago... Wow! If you know where the historic Bright Star restaurant is, you can find this place. It is right across the street. Parking is free and convenient. It's only 20 minutes south of Malfunction Junction, but a world apart from typical Birmingham shopping. When you enter the store, all you have to do is take a look around, and you know that this is something special. The variety of sneakers that they have cover all genres and tastes. You'll find everything from vintage Jordans to brand new Yeezys. With their business model, the store's inventory is constantly changing. After the sneakers, venture over to the clothing side to find some truly epic vintage t-shirts and outerwear. I purchased a bag full of t-shirts for what I would have paid for one of them on eBay. If you are in to retro, vintage, or classic wear, put a trip to Memory Lane on your to-do list. You will not be disappointed.

I'm not cheap when it comes to quality but when you have no customer assistance and the lack of effort with sales. While you came for something there in specific cash in hand. I totally backed out on my sale when I got the "ready to get off work attitude". I appreciate the small town availability for sneakers fans but have a little more enthusiasm if your about to sell a 1500$ pair of shoes...
